A few months ago I came to this location for an online order pick up, after I got home some of the food was not in the bag that I ordered. I called them right away and they have me a credit to the store. Today I came in to get dinner and mentioned the credit. The staff is all new with a new manager and with that they were unable to find the credit I have. I was about to make my purchase without the credit but the new manager came over, and personally rang me up and gave me the credit I had with them and was very sweet and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to this location just based on the services of the new staff. Keep up the great customer services.
Always good tasting food.. never a complaint. Always a customer. However I noticed staff is over excited about condiments and added extras
The owner could save 30,000 a year just by cutting back on extras that are not needed. I received chop sticks, hot mustard packs, soy sauce packs too many napkins. All unused. I did not ask for extras.
This place is great friendly staff and the food is prepared in front of you no wall
Really good food! I like to call ahead so its ready when I get there. The app is easy to use and you get rewards too!
Food is made fresh to order. You can watch them prepare your food while your wait. It is consistantly good. You can order online or by phone.
Better than Panda Express, not quite as good as Pei Wei. Clean and welcoming.
