Project Poke - Fountain Valley - Photo album

Popped in for a quick meal. The people here are very helpful and kind. For new places I usually ask for recommendations or best sellers and the said the "S&T sushi burrito" is a must try. They made it within a few mins and to be completely honest I loved it. It has a touch of sweet and tangy sauce w
Great food, with a good portion size. Sad the sushi donut is now pre-order only but will definitely get the tray next time.
I tried their poke bowl and their Pure Salmon Burrito. Man I have never been so happy to eat something this good in my life. There are a lot of Sushi Burrito places around and I've tried a few that were just awful, and this place has definitely done it right. The flavor is just right, nothing overwh
Tried this new poke place since it's closer to our home thought it was pretty good. We tried the bowl and it was awesome we also tried a poke burrito and thought it was pretty good. The best thing here was the spam fries. My kids ate all of the spam fries and left me with like two. It is a little on
I love Poke. Came by because I was craving it and the staff was so extremely friendly when I told them it was my first time there (though, should have clarified that because they thought it was my first time having Poke). Though what surprised me most is that their spicy tuna is mashed while other p
Solidly built, very customizable poke bowl, fewer fish options than average but still quite fresh. People show up for the sushi donut, which is about cake donut sized, very nicely assembled. Ample parking but be ready to line up at lunchtime peak.
Tried two sushi doughnuts and spam fries. The sushi doughnuts were premade, but still fresh. I enjoyed the options of sauces. My new fave sauce has to be the black sesame. What looks the best is the poke bowls and sushi burritos made right on spot. I'll definetly be back to try more of the menu!
Gets packed fast I came twice this week and had to leave or I would be late for work come early they open at 11am though, huge lunch crowd... I call in my order while I'm heading to project poke. Yummy 😋 I can eat the Salmon Belly Bowl every day. ❤
The sushi donut was adorable but snack size. However, the poke burrito was delicious and very filling! My sister and I had to split it between the two of us.
It's good, not the best poke place in our area. They have a few unique options like their poke donut and spam fries which are both good...but not my first choice.
It's really yummy and affordable because they give a lot for the price , will come back.
Fresh, yummy food made right in front of you! Quick and friendly staff. Definitely coming again!
Great burrito and sushi donuts. Well made, fresh ingredients. If you hate fish but wanna try something fishy, the smell here is non existent and actually tastes really good.
I come here all the time because the food is good, service is good. Not the best esthetics, plastic shield is poorly installed and looks ghetto, inside feels like you’re in Inglewood. Small rectangular room with parallel walls, concrete floor, sounds like an echo chamber. Generally uncomfortable t
Tried out the Sushi Burrito, Poke bowl, their Combo Sushi Donut. I definitley recommend their Premium Burrito, packs a lot inside however it will get messy eating as the ends of the burrito aren't closed off. Their bowl is a great size with lots of flavors to choose from. The donut however is the we
Delicious poke bowls! My son loves their "sushi burritos". They're giant sushi rolls you eat like a burrito (obviously!) They're friendly, fast, and have great choices for toppings. Plus they aren't overpriced! Win!
