My favorite BK. I guess the service speed is situational, as I stop by here after work a lot and service is always pretty speedy for me. Food is a tad hotter than your usual BK too. Which is just a sign that food goes from the grill to the bag pretty much immediately. I don't usually review chain fast food, but given the other negative reviews, I'd give my 2 cents.
