WiFi & electrical outlets, little tables you can use a laptop at. :-) Donut was fresh and good (I came in morning). People working are friendly & nice. Coffee and donut reasonable price: $4.50 for large coffee & a donut. Edit: coffee is only $1.49 if you bring your own mug.
This morning I came in with my pet bird everyone was friendly,polite and just made my morning! The people really make the place better and the lobby is always so clean.

Clean store, clean bathrooms, seating area was clean and the employees were patient and kind. All the donuts we wanted were there and all kiddos were happy!
Maryanne is the manager and an extremely hard working employee who takes immense pride in her job! Every time I enter this store location through the lobby, I am cheerfully welcomed in, and I feel right at home! One evening, when I used the drive thru instead of walking into the store, I had a small problem with my online app order. I called the manager (Maryanne) the very next day & she was very accommodating! She listened to every word I said! Maryanne made sure she was sympathetic, caring and professional! Sh

Used the drive through and they handled my mix of a dozen donuts and hot chai quickly and with a smile.
Fast service and knowledgeable employees. Got here by 1000 and they still had a good selection of donuts unlike at the end of the day at 3-4pm there was only one or two selection.

I came through last week because I was in town visiting family, my encounter with Kaylee? has stuck with me since. I have never had such an amazing customer service experience at any Dunkin ever. She was so sweet & patient with me as I wanted to try something new but wasn’t sure what! She asked me a couple questions & she ended up recommending the caramel craze latte. It was hands down the best drink I’ve ever had made from a Dunkin :) I wish this was my local because I’d stay coming back just because of her! It was such a pleasant experience overall.
I've picked up a dozen donuts from this store many times just as they are opening to take to our weekly safety meeting. The product is always good and has yet to disappoint. Friendly smiling staff and really good coffee at 05:00.
