I usually only post good reviews but every time I come to this particular Dunkin’ Donuts I’m in the drive thru line for 15 minutes. The service is extremely slow and more than once my order has been wrong. I hope that management can train their staff to be more efficient.

The two guys that work here are hard working kids! They were so attentive and polite that I wish I lived in the area to come to this location more often. They were so busy but still kept their demeanor and apologized for the wait. Great customer service. Thank you guys for being so nice to my puppy
Very clean...truth to the matter is the workers who are working in the D.D. ON Rte 9.....are giving wrong orders to customers and I was one of the people that had gotten a wrong order. Can't speak English so
