Shoney and Best Western teamed up on discount . We arrived at 5pm party of 4 adults. Frenando waited on all of us. He did a fine job picking up our empty plates and offer us on refills.
I tried the meatloaf and bbq sausage were not hot enough.
Other than that the place was cleaned. Will come again .
Very clean and very friendly staff. Good food at a good price.
The server, Carolyn, was very kind and attentive. We haven't seen each other in a long time so we kept the table tied up for a while. The food was good but the stuffed crab was not fresh when we first got here. I would have loved some dessert but at the price of the buffet, dessert was a bit much
Ate here on our way home . Food was delicious. They had a seafood buffet. Boiled & fried shrimp , crab cakes, fresh vegetables & salad . Staff was friendly & gave good service. The seating was a bit worn in some places. If you don't mind that it was definitely worth the price !
UPDATED June 1, 2020 This Shoney's is permanently CLOSED. The building is for sale though, and can be yours for only $4,500,000
Shoney's has been around since I was a kid, if I remember correctly a man named Ray Danner started this place in Madison, Tennessee. I did not check my facts on this so
Pleasant atmosphere. The staff was very friendly. Food buffet: The was tasty, at least, what was there. Few choices, but good. One tablemate had a cheeseburger and fries, which she enjoyed. Would eat there again and refer it to others.
We all had the buffet. We mostly ate the breakfast part. The breakfast was on until 2:00pm along with the salad and lunch buffet.
The eggs were very light and fluffy, the bacon and sausage was done to our liking. The potatoes and French toast was also good. They even had melted cheese and cooked
Excellent! I was so surprised. We'd stopped going to Shoney's because the food was just ok. They have really turned around! My blackened salmon was BETTER than Bone Fish. Amazing! And the buffet has also greatly improved. The prices are still excellent. We will be going back!
As a child, I remember going to Shoney's because it was a good place for a small poor family to get two meals in one sitting: salad bar + entree to bring home. While the buffet was still decent, if small, the price is comparable to every other buffet, which is hard on a family of 6. Still, the st
Enjoyed our time at this Shoney's restaurant. It was myself my daughter and my granddaughter. I chose the bar and it had very tasty food and vegetables on the bar my daughter ordered a burger and it was delicious according to her and it look better than the picture which is very seldom. She said it
Delicious and plentyful food! Everything tasted really good and freshly made. Great place to start your day. Also, the seasonal products taste amazing, I had the pumpkin pie milkshake and I really enjoyed it.
A co-worker and I came here for lunch. We both had and enjoyed the buffet bar. It had lots of choices from breakfast, lunch, fruit, salad fixings and dessert. Service was slow with drink refills. Total price for lunch bar and drink was under $15.
We had fish and chips and hot fudge cakes. Both were awesome! Katie waited on us and she was precious and sweet. Yes, the wallpaper in the front is peeling somewhat. But, hey it’s old. I wI’ll come hang some new paper for you!
We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The service was excellent.
