My family and I went to Cool Cafe tonight for steak night. We walked in and it was awesome. The atmosphere was so great. The service was wonderful and the food was absolutely amazing. There was amazing flavor to everything. I am a steak lover and I am very hard to please when it comes to a good steak and this was by far one of the best I have ever had. I give it a 10 out of a 10. I highly recommend you go on Friday or Saturday for steak night you won't regret it and pricing is great!
The food was great. I had the fried chicken and patotoes. The banana pudding was the best in looks and tast. I would like to thank Tim and his staff for all the good food and service.
Went to the new location on Miss Daisy’s for a cookbook. Ate lunch here. Absolutely wonderful. Will put this as a must do anytime I’m in the area and recommend it highly.

The best food you will find anywhere. You have to try the fried corn and fried chicken. Nicest people you will find anywhere!

My favorite is the pork chop on Tuesdays. I went Thursday for pot roast and it is delicious! The best of ingredients! Mr. Tim, the place is in great hands with Tabatha. She's taking great care of the customers and that takes care of the restaurant!

Today was the first time I've eaten here, it was amazing I work down the road and it was super fast service and the food is great we will be back for more lunch.!!

Loved the Cool Cafe. So sad that it was the last day they would be open. Lots of loyal customers paying their last respects to a Franklin institution. Another victim of COVID and the inability to get reliable help.
Loved the steak & wine night. We also enjoyed the jazz music playing in the background. Weeknight "Cool Nights" have yummy southern comfort food menu items. Very friendly and courteous servers.
Casual food line style. A little chaotic, maybe? Not as clean feeling as I'd like.

Great food, and great service...Abby, our waitress, was very attentive and sweet. The back ground music was Sinatra, etc. and added to the ambiance nicely.
