Had my husbands 40th bday party here. Rented the party room and couldn't ask for better service! The food was excellent, the price was great for renting the room/food/all!!! JT, Robert and all others who helped get 5+ stars!!! Amazing! Highly recommend!!!
The manager on duty and our server was awesome, and the food was amazing!!!! Our new favorite restaurant! Manager was Brett and our server was Jacob.
I have been searching for a favorite Mexican restaurant since I moved to Nashville in April and finally found it! Great waiter, tasty food ....had a great birthday dinner last night!!!

Last night I went with a group of friends(there were 13-15 of us) to celebrate one of their birthdays. We got there early to get in line, they told us when half of our party got there to let them know. After we arrived, we all went inside and the manager, Ann or Anna was her name, came up to tell us that they were setting up some tables in a side room for us and it would just be a few more minutes, but wanted to make sure we stayed up to date.
Our server, Drew, was amazing. He had other tables at first, but constantly kept us informed and kept the chips and dips fully stocked. He never once complained or showed any irritation with us and was extremely patient and one of the friendliest servers I've had. They had something happen with a couple employees there, but didn't once let that once effect the service. The manager also checked on us to make sure we were all good. I had a problem with the avocado in my salad, it was a bit yellow/brown but I still tried it, because they do start to turn the minute you cut them open, I get that, but it tasted horrible. So I politely showed and asked the manager if I could get just a little more, and she didn't hesitate, it was not a problem. She went directly to the kitchen and brought me a fresh one. We all had such a wonderful time. We ended up staying a couple hours, and never once felt rushed and they wouldn't have minded a bit if we closed the place down. It was truly some of the best service. The food was delicious and more than a fair portion of what you get for the price. Props to the manager for staying so professional and positive when commotion in the kitchen occurred, and props to Drew for his attentiveness and patience and constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed.

Hands down THE BEST Tex Mex place I have ever eaten at. Their chips are THE best, (I love them, they are thin not bulky and cheap tasting like some restaurants, one of the things I look forward to) the creamy jalapeño dip is addictive and everything else on their menu I have ever tried is amazing. I crave this place!
We love this location! The tacos were good, the tequila was smooth and our server was great!!!
Fresh food and good service! This is only the second time we have eaten here, but We enjoyed it tremendously and will go back!
We have been going to Chuy's ever since thy opened inFranklin. We always eat at the bar. The bar staff is very good and they always take good care of you. We really like the fajitas. Enjoy!!

Always a good choice for Mexican food. Better than the other chains! Their creamy jalapeno dip is addicting and i never fail to get the chalupa.

The best Mexican food in town! I always get the #4 because I love the chili relleno's that they make. Also the chicken enchiladas with boom-boom sauce are amazing!

Super authentic Tex-Mex! The menu is simple but still offers a healthy variety of options. Our family order came with a huge portion of chips, and generous servings of meals and sauces.
It is a great texMex place. The food is good and flavor, I love their sauces. The food taste good, it is not Mexican place! It is a great texMex and is great, love the jalapeño sauce and chips. And enchiladas are good. I love the margaritas in here it is good for a lunch with friends.
Service, well it will depend on the location, I have "meh" experience and good experiences with waiters.

We had just flown back into town from Orlando,FL. and my wife was adamant that we get her some chips and creamy jalapeño sauce from Chuys on our way back home. So I easily placed the order on their app and when we pulled in I didn't even get to call them to say we were here and to bring our order out when this guy approaches the car and smiles and waives! I roll down the window and he says " Hello there! Are you here for an order?" I say "Yes!" I gave him my name and within 2 minutes, BAM!, He's back with our order! He thanked us for our business and invited us to come back anytime! His name was Paul and he was working the "To-Go" orders. I've never been taken care of in such a swift, kind, professional, manner like that from Chuys! It's ALWAYS BEEN GREAT SERVICE BUT THIS TOPPED IT....and all over a little $10 order of Chips and guacamole with my wife's cherished,creamy jalapeño sauce! So hats off and super Kudos to Paul in the To-Go slot and Chuys for the continued stellar service and food!!! See you soon!!!

Went with co-workers and the place was hopping. Crowded usually equates to good eats, I love Mexican and I was pretty hungry so - expectations were high.
Cool interior with lots of wall deco and some T-shirts for sale. Hit with the delicious odor of Fajitas when we walked in the door.
I had enchiladas with boom boom sauce, sides of rice and beans. Super flavorful and spicy sauce, large portion and super attentive server.
Here’s the breakdown:
Good, plentiful food +1 star; great service +1 star; killer chips and salsa +1 star; nice interior +1 star; great smell of fajitas in the air +1 star.
I’ll go back.
To be honest I love Chuys food. Everything is pretty much delicious for a good price. I over all this location because of customer service. Never feel rush and we eat there almost every week. I tend to ask for the bar area sitting because the bartender so kind and funny and even remembers us. Plus I love all the dog photos by the booths soon I will secretly be leaving one of my dog 🤫
Had the combo fajitas, and the meat is so tender you do not need a knife, the toppings so fresh the taste like they are grown in the restaurant. The tres leches cake was out of this world!
