Their bagels are amazing but their coffee is the worst. Like really terrible… I have gone here a couple times hoping it will get better but every time it is the worst coffee I have ever tasted. They burn it and hand it to you with a smile as if it is fine.

Expensive and very average. The bagels have a modest amount of cream cheese. It's okay in a hurry and better than the bagels at Dunkin or Panera, but that's not exactly a screaming endorsement.

I’ve seen how horribly these managers treat the poor employees. This goes for both locations around this area. When a restaurant has employees who are clearly mistreated and upset, it shows. And it most definitely has an effect on the overall experience because I just feel bad for them. Don’t apply
