Breakfast was sloppy. I had the avocado breakfast sandwich I used to work here I made it perfectly delicious. So it upsets me that it’s not as good now. Egg was like burnt and the bread tasted horrible and was just overall not tasty and tasted burnt. But your lunch is good.
We use Panera for Lunch sometimes for our office. When we order we didn't get the beverages we ordered with our lunch. The order taker was a little inexperienced and unclear about the ingredients of some dishes, so the order had to be fixed. However, the meal itself was great! The baja bowl with chicken was fabulous.
My high schooler has been to Panera Bread in franklin Ma, multiple times going for job interviews and the only thing that kept happen was them telling him to come back multiple days..... It's very frustrating when you have a high school student from Bellingham high trying to get his foot in the door

The coffee is not fresh. There is been times the coffee has been bitter and cold in the morning and specially after 4pm Often times the coffee/milk and containers are empty.
