Great place to fly in for a meal. Good food, excellent friendly service. We arrived late in the evening on Saturday before Mother's Day. All other patrons were gone and they were all set up for the crowd on Sunday. They welcomed us like we had reservations for 7pm. They brushed off our concerns that they were ready for the next day. Nonsense, they said. If I had any complaint, it would be: Too Much Food! But I take home leftovers and enjoy Barone's again at home.
Great place to go eat food always good and the price is good.

We had excellent service and the food was delicious,as always. We never get dessert but decided to split a tiramisu...soooo good. It melted in our mouths.
Our first visit to this restaurant was very much enjoyable. Our server, Tracy, was super friendly, as was the owner. It is nice to see someone take pride in their passion. Our food was delicious and it was served quickly. We are looking forward to returning and trying more of what they have to offer.

I had one of specials, a steak sandwich and it was amazing. It was so tender,and just the right amount of food. The hostess and server were both very pleasant and were there at all the right times, We will definitely be back.

I highly recommend the Valentine's dinner with Sangria wine. Prime Rib was superb and service was excellent tonight.
The food and the service are excellent. The owners are perfectionist. Everything must be just right. The next time we visit Franklin we will eat here. You will not be disappointed.
I am a private pilot. My wife and I enjoy flying to dinner every once in a while. So we will fly from Zelienople to Franklin and have dinner, or will fly the grandchildren over from Ohio. I enjoy Prima Barone's. No complaints. It may be a bit pricey but all airport restaurants that carry scheduled passenger flights are that way. It's probably a bit pricey to be a restaurant based at an airport too.
How many times do you eat at a place and get to find out the history of the establishment from the owner, that being said there is a reason they have been in business 22 years. Friendly staff and full banks of windows overlooking the small airport. Food is all homemade comfort Italian style cuisine. Pasta dishes are incredibly well portioned, so sharing almost family style with several dishes works well. Being a business traveler usually eating alone the bar with a couple of TVs is nice during football season.
Have a been there a number times, great ownership I've had the stuff flounder it was awesome! also a great place if you have to bring a large group of people, very accommodating. and don't forget to have lunch there sometime I recommend an Italian sub with the homemade potato chips.
Went to Primo's with family. Six dishes ordered and all were very good.
I grew up in this town primo barone's bought life to FRANKLIN and still does... There is not a thing u can order that they will not make, and do it well. A true hometown favorite. Bravo Primo Bravo

Unique venue with delicious dishes! Oh my goodness, I wanted to eat EVERYTHING on this menu! I had the mozzarella cheese appetizer, and the Lasagna Bolognese and salad as the entree. SO SO GOOD! Even the side salad was impressive! It was difficult to decide on an entree as there were so many fantastic dishes, so I'll just have to come back for more! The view is also really cool and unique (we got to watch planes landing!). A must try if you're in the area!

The chicken Parm and Lasagna was outrageous. It was awesome watching a 2 seater plane take off after a couple had their dinner. Loved it !
It can be entertaining to watch airplanes land and takeoff while you eat. The best time to go is before 3pm when they serve the early bird specials.
The fish is amazing as well as the stuffed hot peppers.
