After passing by 7 yrs, finally decided to give it a try today. Really glad I did 😊. Amazing rotisserie chicken. Some of the best I’ve tasted. Texture & skin roasted to perfection! Rice & beans just right. Even came with a side salad. All this goodness for $10.35? MADNESS πŸ˜‚. The portions are huge and 1 order can easily feed 2 people unless you are a linebacker or famished cyclist like myself πŸ‘ŠπŸ‘Š. I vote this for BEST VALUE in Freeport. Took my lunch to BREW SA and downed it with a Cherry wheat beer 🍺. 10/29/23 update. The oxtail is pretty great πŸ‘. $20 can feed 2. I’ve had this 8 times now πŸ₯‡πŸ₯‡

We've been going to El Sabor Dominicano for decades. This establishment constantly delivers great food and service. If you're looking for a nice, friendly Dominican Restaurant that's not hit or miss and constantly delivers, here's one.

Walking down Freeport and browsing until we came across a Dominican restaurant which caught our eye, so we decided to have an early dinner in the middle of the afternoon. The Sangria was fantastic and full of flavor. We had to ask for a side of ice to water it down! We ordered the sweet and fried plantain dishes with half roast chicken and Dominician style Pulled Pork. The yellow rice with a side of beans was great. To spice up our dishes, we asked for their garlic sauce and homemade BBQ sauce which was flavorful with a kick of hotness and had a smokey flavor to it. Overall had a fantastic dining experience!

This place is awesome when I'm not sure what I want to eat I always choose El sabor dominicano, you get so much food for the money that you spend, will highly recommend for single person meals, or if you going to feed your whole family. Whether be take out or you can sit inside they have table service with waiters that are always smiling and waiting to help.

Take out. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful and attentive. Didn't mind switching to English for my wife to understand. Food was typical Dominican. Good and not overly salty. Recommended.

Found this place by mistake and I had the fried pork chunks(Chicharon) lunch platter with rice and beans with a side of sweet plantains. Which was delicious My girlfriend had the roasted chicken with rice and beans. She was happy with everything and said she would definitely come back. I would definitely recommend this place. If you're in the area and want to try some decent dominican food I would definitely give this place a try. Overall good food and good service.
