I was looking around Fremont/Union city area for a unique boba place and this is definitely it. Theres so many now in the Bay Area but only a handful that really stick out to me. I came across this place on Instagram [mightyeat and his friends] and I'm so happy I went today. There was a private event going on today for a baby shower and I honestly didn't know if I should have gone in, but went for it and suddenly found myself sitting with the owners. They were so welcoming and informed me that they really get in touch with their locals and help them with their projects/business. I love that! Not many boba places cater to their communities. Pros: -Great boba. They made me their signature drink and the level of sweetness was perfect. -They have snacks/desserts but they informed me that they're still expanding their menu! -Impressed by the artwork/environment. I didn't expect the area to be that big. -You can host your events here. Just ask them! What I truly love is that they are flexible (depending how busy their calendar is) to your event. They try to cater to your needs - thats what you call an amazing host in my book. -They host open mics/movie nights Cons: None?? Only trouble I had was parking but it is a Sunday! Of course its packed on a weekend haha. Deep down I don't want this place to get too popular cause chances are I can already see it getting way too packed HAHA 😂but y'all should really come to this place. Its definitely one of my favorites now especially cause the owners are open minded.

I came to Factory Tea Bar for the first time today. I had ordered a rose black milk tea online and surprisingly, the drink was ready within 5-7 minutes. I followed the drink suggestion and got 50% sugar - it was perfect and pretty rosy! Minus one star because the young woman at the front appeared to be in a miserable mood. Hope her day gets better.

i love their tea and boba but i dislike that they do not have the standard boba cup covers and instead have lids similar to starbucks coffee frap lids. These lids are not as secure and lead to more leakage which is not good. Otherwise, I definitely reccommend their tea.

This place was awesome. I was already interested in getting Mochi donuts and the location was shared with their business Mochiholic. Atmosphere was excellent, employees were incredibly helpful and the drink I purchased was off the rails amazing! Seriously, if you need a suggestion try out the 'Dirty Nom Nom with Boba'; the brown sugar mixed drink was amazing. Keep up the excellent work Factory Tea Bar, I'll be stopping by often for now on!
