First time at this Applebee's in Freemont, OH. Just passing thru and founf this place. Judy, the bartender was fabulous! She was attentive, polite and super friendly. Heather the Manager came out and was excellent as well! These gals make the dining experience as it should be! I appreciate Applebee's having staff like this to be the face of the company! Thanks Judy and Heather for making it a nice Friday evening in Freemont!!
The only 5 * was our waiter Ulises. Got the margarita on the table b4 my wife walked as i asked. We got rib dinners 2 for $25. They were chain restaurant acceptable. No wait to get a table and reasonable time to get the meals.
Our waitress went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Including offering some applesauce to our 5month old who was getting very hungry at the time. Excellent service!
Quesadilla burger is my usual go-to here and its never disappointed me. The pretzel loaves with cheese sauce were hot and steamy inside and a good crunch on the outside. Plenty to share. PBR on draft was a plus.
