The staff is always super friendly. My order is always made super quick. I’m not there all the time but few of staff members always remembers me and smiles/greets me.

Over an hour waiting for food even be cooked, let alone delivered. Called the store and was rudely told that it will be at least another 30 minutes. Only offer of any kind was to cancel my order. No discount or promo offered for the long wait.
Wowsers, they have gone down hill. That was terrible. We ordered sandwiches and litterally had scraps of meat on them. So basically bread and cheese. Had a terrible experience with manager at this location. We accidentally sent our order to this location online. When we realized our mistake we immediately called and were very apologetic and explained our mistake. The manager replied "maybe you should pay attention next time," and hung up on us. W
