Searched for a bakery near my daughter in Queens, to make her favorite rainbow cake. After reading other reviews and confirming Lulu’s makes a rainbow cake, I ordered it over the phone. Picked it up Sunday, my daughter said it was the best rainbow cake she ever had! I agree �. It was very moist with lots of raspberry filling. This will now be my go to bakery when I visit Queens.

My family bought my birthday cake from Lulu's this year. It was a yellow double layered cake with one layer of hazelnut and one layer of moca. I know it sounds weird but it was delicious! I will order it again for another event! And I would recommend this bakery to family and friends.

Not only is the baking spectacular and yummy but Charlie's also the nicest guy you could ever meet.
My fiancé and I came here looking for a good cake and bought the cannoli cake for a friend's birthday dinner after a nice girl that works there explained every single cake to great detail. We also tried a few of the small pastries. So delicious. And although the place is small, it is a great spot and we had a nice little table for two. The cake was an absolute hit, everybody and the birthday girl loved it!
Best rainbow cookies. The apple crum pie is amazing full of apples best i ever had. The traditional cheese cake very moist and creamy. Will definitely be back.
Stumbled upon by pure chance and discovered the best lobster tail pastry I've ever tried.
Fantastic place to shop for pastry, dozen cakes to choose from. Cookies, pies, cannolis, danishes and much more. Definitely worth a stop by if you are in the neighborhood.

I don't want a cake, bakery has little mini cakes, different variety of dessert. So we got everyone favorites. Oh an let me not forget...Bread for Lasagna.....service was great...you ask ??? And staff is helpful...clean space...cakes were yummo...no disappointment...

I went to Lulu’s because I wanted to order a specialty cake for my mother’s birthday. They did not disappoint. They were very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Not only was the cake beautiful, it was delicious. I happily recommend Lulu’s.
Must say the customer service and professionalism were exceptional. They have such an enormous amount of bakery goods to select from. I went and got a Tres Leches cake and it was delicious. Will definitely be returning!
Great place for coffee they have the legit Italian cappuccino machine. They have cakes and pastries always fresh! Seats to sit with laptop no outlets though. You can park on street meter or side streets for free.

I stopped in here while waiting for my wife who had a medical appointment. I wanted to get coffee and breakfast. They don't really do that, but perhaps they should. They do have a great array of cakes and pies and sweet stuff. So I had a coffee. They do serve coffee and I had to roll or something. The bagel shop in the area closed during the covid era as it were, and there is really no place where you can go to sit down and get a breakfast sandwich. Sandwich. There's a deli on the corner and other delis in the area but that's all to go. It would be nice to have a coffee shop/ bagel place.

Super friendly! So clean I love the location. I love that the door handles are baking rollers and whisks. The napoleon cake is my favorite but the cupcake selection is awesome. Bought 14 the other day for a birthday and all the kids enjoyed it. The worker Even asked if anyone had allergies & separated the ones with peanuts!
Everything I have tried from Lulu's so far is delectable. From their cakes to their cupcakes to their muffins, everything is delicious. My personal favorites are the blueberry and cranberry muffins. They also have ice cream, which I will have to try real soon. The ambiance of the new local is nice and welcoming and the staff is very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Lulu's when you have that craving for something sweet and you don't mind the guilt.
I've been to both Lulu's on Franklin and Union Tpke and got okay customer service but today was extraordinary, James from the Union Tpke branch went beyond what was expected of him. Not only did he serve me with a great demeanor, he made sure and got what I wanted on my cake and after all of that he helped someone in need without hesitation! We need more customer service people like you James.Keep up the good work👏👍
All the treats here are delicious. There is metered parking out front. Sometimes, it can be tricky to know if someone has already ordered or are waiting to be serviced; patrons are nice enough to adhere to the unspoken line.
As of October 2021, there is no indoor dining. Some staff members choose to stay masked and some opt to be maskless.
Omg beautiful dessert spot delicious cookies and cakes and pastries also hot beverages very clean and spacious also the customer service is an A+ would definitely recommend this place to come and shop for any delicious desserts for any occasion. I got my sons birthday cake here and it was delicious this will be my new favorite spot to get delicious dessert.
Their cakes and pastries are good. Once I got a black and white cake which was pretty basic but tasted okay. Cake frosted with vanilla whipped cream. I like the frosting because it was soft and not too sweet. Cake price is reasonable but the pastries are bit expensive. Counter person was rude.
Custom cake was absolutely perfect! It came out exactly like the photo I sent and tasted delicious. Will be a return customer for sure!! Thank you so much Lulu’s bakery, I was thoroughly impressed with the cake!!

bought a rainbow cake from here. staff was super friendly, helped me answer all my questions super politely and succinctly and helped me figure out my needs.
they have plenty of ready-made 8" cakes of various flavors that serve 10-20 people (if you slice them thin, they can get quite a bit of mileage lol). they also do writing on the cakes if you come to the store and write what you want written. $32.
I also didn't realize but got held up with another errand and barely made it for closing but can you believe it they were nice enough to let me still purchase in time for my event. it was a spur of the moment decision! I'm so glad they were so nice and accommodating. the rainbow cake was sooo good i will definitely be keeping them in mind for my next cake needs. highly recommend!!
