New manager is rude. She did not understand spicy beef. Thought I ment spicy sauce over. No last time they put it in the wok and put the sauce over so that the meat was actually hot flavor wise. Called when I got home because my broccoli was raw. New touches a pan! She didnt do anything about it. N

Mgr was very accommodating. Said to come back in a month for menu updates and options. Prices high for serving size but he said those might be lowered also. Dietary options coming as well. I would recommend.

Chicken rice bowl is Bland. Chicken is dry and veggies have no flavor. Teriyaki sauce doesn't taste like high quality sauce. Seems like they cook a bunch of food and rewarm it through out the day. Egg roll was not good at all. Tastes froze.

I go to Samuri Sam's practically once a week. I love their fresh ingredients and lack of frying. When I had gallbladder attacks this was one of the only fast food places I could depend on for ultra low fat food options.
