Dinning room was nice, quiet, and relaxing. Met mom for coffee to catch up, nice furniture and decor. After we sat down I noticed all the sandwiches on the menu, will have to try one next time.

Workers are lazy as hell. Cashier said they “couldn’t make” northern light cooler blended, but every other caribou does it? Then they somehow could and I ended up with the pictured drink. Took way too long to get 4 things. Oatmeal was literal water and oats. Never going back.

The drive thru took an hour, a full hour of sitting in my car waiting in the drive thru line for my order that i placed ahead of time on the app. Then when I finally reach the window they try to only give me one of the 4 items i ordered. Took them another 15 min to figure out where my order was THEN

I stopped here to get a coffee and had to wait a little while. Although I thought it was no big deal the employee told me she was sorry for the wait and my next coffee would be on the house. Ordered a decaf coffee with sugar and cream, got no sugar. Ordered a chocolate ice crafted press, got no chocolate. The wait was longer then it should be and my drink didnt even taste like chocolate, it tasted like vanilla and carmel. Whats worse was when the women took a rag and wiped my lid! I took the lid off immediately. Now i feel sick hours later. I dont know who runs this shop but they need re-training.

I go almost every morning to Caribou. The service is pretty good and always quick with get your order made.

I hate to leave this low of a rating however I have been to this location about 10 times. 8 of those times my order has been wrong or service super slow. This morning, yet again, my order was wrong. I ordered a van. white choc. Mocha, the minute she put the tray out I knew it was wrong there was a
