This subway is very busy during lunchtime. The customer service of the place I always found great.
Unfortunately the couple of times I have visited this subway past month during lunch hour - there is only one person serving the rush hour.
Wanted to write this review for the lady employee - she was the only person in the store, and she was expertly taking orders, making sandwiches, and handling the transactions at the register - all the while she had a pleasant conversation with customers never did she ones complained. Hope the management value her as a good employee as this Friday she worked on her day off.
The guy behind the counter was working all by himself. He was handling a line of customers to the door, as well as online orders, HE DID A FANTASTIC JOB!!! He was patient, respectful, and very kind to an elderly customer who has some special directions for preparing his sandwich. This young man needs to be commended and rewarded. You have a very good employee!
Alejandra made me the most kick*$$ sandwich I think I've ever gotten from a subway. mind you I stop at subways all over houston, but this sandwich was PERFECT. Footlong steak and cheese double meat, double cheese with EVERYTHING on it. now I have alot of subways just sprinkle a few of each and move on. no she made that thing where it wouldn't close. I pay around 16$ for this sub, so when I do I expect to get my money's worth, and for once I definitely did. thank you alejandra!!

Stephanie was super friendly and made me the best sandwich I have had in a while. Great smile. Delicious Aguas Frescas.
Great service!!!!!!!!!!
The food was fresh and good quality as usual from this location. The line was really long because of the lunch rush but the gentleman efficiently and promptly moved the line along and didn't stop for a second. It was good to see.
I was in the Friendswood location recently on a weekday at lunchtime. There was only one person in the store, and she was expertly, and efficiently, taking orders, making sandwiches, and completing transactions at the register. I'm no money bags by any means, but I handed her a decent tip before leaving. Not one time did she complain or play the blame game. Pay attention folks, please. I hope she is still there making our lunches.
Edit: today I was treated like someone who didn't belong at Subway. I didn't expect to be recognized, but I feel like the management should train to not only greet a customer, but perhaps paste a smile on for your customers! I walked out and ordered a sandwich from Jersey Mike's!
Idk know what it is about this location but the workers here always treat the customers very well. I wish I got the name of the two gentlemen who were working the rush hour today, but they have the best attitudes!!! One had short red curly hair, the other had longer straight hair. They made my day with their happy positive vibes. I hope the best things in life happen to them. Thank you for making my day and I will pay it forward.
Two employees for lunch rush took 15 min to get to order stayed cause I was hungry but interested on how long of wait all be back just not when so busy

One thing they dont do and which is very frustrating is change gloves between customers. Also when asked to prepare a vegetarian sandwich is NOT OK to use the same knife which was used to handle any meat. I am not a vegetarian but I witnessed a vegetarian customer struggle to get them to change gloves and not mix their food with regular.
Its had been awhile since I had gone to Subway and decided I would stop and try one of their new sandwiches. I had the Italian and was better then I expected it would be and would recommend if for no other reason then the new and different meats used in it.
