We had my birthday dinner at III Forks and mark my words. It. Is. Fantastic. Our server, Nick, was attentive, caring, personable, and overall a great guy. I had the ribeye and my partner had the filet. Both were perfectly cooked and expertly paired with our cocktails. Nick thoughtfully and proactively brought desert (though I have no idea how I found the willpower to eat it). Will return here for any occasion!

One of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. The ambience, food and service was just out of the world! Madeline was absolutely welcoming and gave us the best experience of the evening. Chicken fried lobsters is a new dish on their menu and it was lovely. Onion rings were good too. I had the American Waugh NY strip which was super juicy and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Chilean Seabass was so creamy and well cooked. Roasted chicken - the only chicken dish they had was super cheesy and flavorful. Finally the 6-layered ganache cake just blew us out! ❤️

Great service, food was very fresh and hot. Filet mignon was cooked to perfection. There are sides included with your steak unlike some other steak houses. Lobster Mac n cheese was excellent!

My wife and I went for a celebration dinner at iii Forks. Walking in it was very dark. Eyes definitely had to adjust. At the greeting station there was a wine closet but very hard to see. I do like when they present the wine room well even though I’m not a wine connoisseur. Music was ok. Almost a jazz style, instrumental only. I prefer it a little quieter so that conversations are easier. Having never been to iii Forks we tried similar dishes that we eat at other fine restaurants to compare. In general, the food is good with large portions. I had a glass of 1792 Bourbon on ice. So, not a hard drink to make and was not over presented. I actually prefer the medium size square of ice. I selected the filet mignon. Having not eaten here before I was worried about a medium steak being too bloody for my taste and not knowing how they would prepare it. It was a little too dry. Yes, likely because I got it medium well. I’ll test at “medium” from now on to get a true comparison. My wife selected the crab cakes and compared to others she’s had, they are very creamy, and large portions, but the flavoring was a bit too much. The Brussels sprouts were cooked in an almost “sweet and sour” style sauté sauce. Not as much of a fan. We prefer just a butter sauté. But again, large portions. Desert: dang. Pow! Chocolate mouse and chocolate cake with toasted coconut crust. Also large portions. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars but google only lets me give 4 or 5. My reason is due to the price and what you get for your money along with atmosphere and what you could get at a comparable restaurant.

We were just here celebrating my Mother’s 73rd Birthday on 6/3/2023 and it was exquisite, so naturally when Donald, our server, mentioned that very evening that they were going to receive their seasonal shipment of Copper River Salmon by the following week, we knew we had to try it. There is a reason we keep III Forks on our short list of restaurants. We are semi-regulars because we appreciate the ambiance, professional work ethic, and attentive tableside service. Started things off with a Love Potion each for cocktails and split a III Forks Salad (without the bleu cheese) for an appetizer. Initially, we were told by Mike, our server, that they were completely sold out of the Copper River Salmon. I was visibly crushed, but it turned out that they had ONE left in the back. Talk about timing! It was absolutely divine, not to mention THE highlight of the evening. Flavorful and perfect temp with Asparagus Spears and Cilantro Basmati Rice with a Caper Beurre Blanc. Worth the wait! On this night, Sarah was the hostess. Launa and Melissa also checked on us at our table during our meal. Mom enjoyed her Chilean Sea Bass. Both excellent. Thank you for a memorable evening once again! We will see you again soon, I’m sure.

I wish I had taken pictures. My dinner was fabulous! I had a nice, thick, juicy, medium rare ribeye. It was seasoned and cooked perfectly. I also had a share of the fried lobster, lobster mac & cheese, and crab cake appetizers. They were delicious. I can't wait to visit III Forks again.

Had a great birthday dinner. The food and service were great. The steaks were cooked perfectly, bone-in ribeye, bone-in fillet, and fillet with a butter all very good. Plus the sides were very good too. Service was great. From valet, to host, and Tony and Liya were all great. Overall great experience and definitely recommend.

Tonight was a great experience! The hostess knew exactly who we was as we entered. Amazing! Also wishing my husband a happy birthday upon entering…My husband enjoyed his 37th birthday! Customer service was beyond perfect! The staff made my husband day so special. I’m in AWW my husband hasn’t stopped talking about his experience yet! Great job to IIIFork’s team!! Food was sooooo good!

Great Thanksgiving meal!! We’ve gone out to eat for years for Thanksgiving & this was the best!! Lawrence provided amazing service & the food was absolutely perfect. Will definitely make reservations for next year.
