Amazing. I've been here nearly 20+ times with my parents and it's perfect everytime. I'm a heavy meat eater and my parents are vegetarians and all of us are satisfied. Amazing place. Even the sides are wonderful aswell
We've been going here since it opened, and it is by far our favorite Brazilian steakhouse. The food is remarkable, and the service is the best in Dallas. You have to try the Garlic Picana!
Unlimited meats all around! Has a good selection of 16 types of meat which was so hard to keep up to since the servers kept coming and offering more meats. I didn't even had the time (or stomach space for that matter) to try the sides. Also try their assortment of liquors. I had a few of the Caipirinha (deceptively strong), red wine, and Licor 43. Also try out the Chocolate Mousse Cake (though it didn't look like it had 7 layers as stated in the menu). It's a good way to cap off the experience. I highly recommend this place and would definitely keep coming back!
This is the best Brazillian place I've ever been to, and I eat a lot of Brazillian food! They have top notch meats and their salad bar is really good too.
The service is amazing too. They kept everything refilled, from my DELICIOUS lemonade to the tasty pao de quiejo (bread).
Random tip: try the smoked salmon on the salad bar. It's the best smoked salmon I've ever had. So tender and the perfect amount of flavor.
Currently our fav restaurant in the metroplex. Not only is this one of the best brazillian steakhouses, its arguably one of the best dining experiences period. So many so called upscale restaurants in DFW have the high $$$$ with mediochre food and crappy service.. Estilo has exceptional service and the food is as good as any other brazillian steakhouse in town. Never disappointed when we get the bill here. Our one suggestion for improvement is that they should have a dress code for friday and saturday nights - some of the patrons looked more like they were dressed to go to McDs than an upscale restaurant.

The Best Restaurant in Frisco Texas!!!. We were taken here by my daughter's for mother's day. It was strictly five star from the moment we walked in. It is decorated beautifully. We were early and they had us sit in an area near the bar. They brought out some cheese bread for our very short wait. We were seated and one of our waiters appeared immediately and explained how it works. You simply turn over a small green circle to the green side when you want one of their excellent meats. We visited the salad bar which was full of high quality fresh salads and veggies. They also have soups, but I skipped those. The salad was excellent and they have some very large tasty asparagus which we all sampled. We all agreed the asparagus was wonderful. We all ate several types of beef, including the filet mignon, sirloin, the brazilian which I cannot spell and others. All were wonderful, the fillet being my favorite. The service was just excellet. It is rather expensive, but worth every penny. We will definitely return here.
Wonderful experience at Estilo Gaucho. The service was very attentive and accommodating, the salad bar was freshly stocked and delicious, and the meat choices were plentiful and outstandingly flavored. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary, and our waiter delivered a complimentary creme brûlée, along with a congratulations card, after our meal. It was a very nice touch after an already impeccable experience. The garlic picanha was a personal favorite, and the lemonade was incredible. We will definitely be back.
Delicious!. This was the first Brazilian steak house that I have been to, but OMG...phenominal. Unreal the way the different meats just melt in your mouth. Seasoned well, reasonably priced, GREAT service. I WILL be back! I love this place!!!
This is the best Brazilian Steakhouse in the metroplex. My family has been to them all and while many are excellent, Estilo Gaucho wins hands down. The food is amazing, the meats are perfectly seasoned and service is impeccable. Wouldn't change a thing!

Best of the best, I say!! The cheese bread is served along w the polenta almost immediately as you're seated and they just keep coming..as soon as anyone saw our basket about to be emptied, there was someone there with a fresh one!! The salad bar..well if you're a veggie person, you'll really enjoy the selection! My faves are the cold pesto-like pasta w the chicken pieces.. Yum!! If you're a carnivore, be prepared!!! Each cut is better and better!! My fave: the parm pork and the garlic picanha!! I've quite the sweet tooth and the table shared a piece of the fab chocolate mousse cake, the pudim (a flan-like fabulo-sity), and a creme brûlée.... I thought I'd about cry, it was all sooo good!!! Even my niece, who's kind of a picky eater cleaned her plate..TWICE!! Go to EG and have the best brazilian steakhouse experience of your life!!
Great atmosphere!. Went for my friends birthday and didn't know what to expect since it was the old Chaucers. Let me tell you, when you walk in you are greeted and if waiting for your party you are served with cheese biscuits and plantains! So good! The salad pasta bar was amazing, everything was so fresh! The staff and waiters were attentive and on their toes. I drink a lot of water and I never had an empty glass. The meat just kept coming! It was delicious! I will tell you the roasted pineapple is sold separately as a dessert, it was good though. The only thing I would like to see is the steakhouse enforce a dress code. It was odd too see people in jean shorts with a tank top. Other than that, will go again!
Better and cheaper than texas de brazil, and fogo de chau. Service is outstanding...lamb chops out of this world. Downside a little loud at peak times.
Unbelievable service. fabulous selection of meats and all cooked and seasoned beautifully. I have been to all churrascarias in dfw and this one takes the cake. will definitely be back!
The Best in the DFW area !!. We have tried all the Brazilian Steak places and we enjoy this one over all the others .. Awesome salad bar meats are so good the Chicken breast is so juicy and the Ribeye melts in your mouth it is so good the rolls are light and soft the best.. Service is the best they don't hurry you up to get you out of there like some places do... Everyone should give it a try ..
It's worth every penny due to the variety, quality and quantity. Estilo gaucho is the new synonyms of great good and great service. Dont foget to ask for the picanha and lamb chop.

Well, well, well, look what we have here!. FINALLY a knockout Brazilian restaurant here in Funky Frisco! That last place, the humorously named "Master's Grill" or whatever was about as Brazilian as the blow outs you can get from that lady in the Asian nail salon. Anyway, they have evidently been open all of 3 days as of today, when I showed up to wage war against their meat selection. Some may prefer the bacon-wrapped filet, the linguica, the parmesan-encrusted pork loin, or the filet mignon, but no sir, not me - I go for Old Faithful, the King of Brazilian Meats, the Picanha! As I noted, I don't mess around. The most flavorful, juicy and mind blowing cut they have. Oh BOY is it good! Super awesome! Walking across the parking lot, I was not sure what to expect, having been sadly disappointed by several of the other poseur Brazilian places that have recently popped up - only to fail (think Frisco, Carrollton, etc) once word got around that they were corner cutters and scrimped on the goods. That was not the case here. For LUNCH they even served beef ribs and several other cuts usually reserved for the dinner (RE: MORE EXPENSIVE) service. I paid like right under US$25 for lunch (plus tax and TIP - you better tip and tip good when you see how great the staff is at serving you - hand and foot as they say...). Most places will low-ball the lunch service with roasted Spam and baloney sandwiches and bagged salads from Albertsons (at least that is what it looks like) and whatnot, and then really stick it to you at dinner - charging around $49 for what they should be doing at lunch for half . Not so here. They charge super fair prices and have a great "salad and sides" bar (again, prosciutto at LUNCH? wow - unheard of!). So what is wrong with this place? Hmm. I guess that awesome bread with the cheese in the middle could have been fresher? It was a little crusty and I am used to them being super little mush-balls of soft, warm fresh baked dough with cheese in the middle. Other than that, it was a great meal a 97 out of 100. I haven't had a place do better than a 90 yet. I am impressed. My birthday is next month, and my wife WAS planning on taking me to different Brazilian steakhouse (I am quite the Brazilian Steakhouse snob) and now I have a new place I would rather go: Estilo, baby!

A Dining Experience.... First time trying a Brazilian Steakhouse, and this one just opened up by Stonebriar Mall less than a week ago.
Pro's: Everything - outstanding service, high quality meats, fresh salad bar, upscale yet comfortable atmosphere, very reasonable price for what you get.
Con's: Nitpicking here, but the parmesan pork loin was a bit too cheesy.
Absolutely blown away with the experience at EGBS. The atmosphere was definitely upscale, yet very comfortable at the same time. If you wear jeans and a nice shirt you will fit right in. The service was extremely impressive - now, this could be because it's a new place and they want to impress, but who cares? My water never went below the halway point, I would turn my card up and within seconds someone was at the table offering meat. I would finish a plate and no more than a minute would pass when someone would come by to pick it up and provide a clean one. Just oustanding.
The meat was cooked perfectly, well seasoned...just awesome. Try the bacon wrapped filet and bacon wrapped chicken! Salad bar was fresh and had a good variety of stuff.
The bill came and I was shocked, expecting it to be $50 more than what it was. For the price you can't go wrong.
This was probably my best dining experience since moving to Texas over four years ago. I really hope they do well and keep it up, will definitely be back and is a "favorite" of mine.
I was a little concerned with there only being one vote when I found EGBS on this site. I learned this is only their forth day open and that might have discouraged me also. I would have been wrong. Everything was perfect. The staff extremely friendly and the food was excellent. Looking forward to my next visit to the area.

This place is superb! Been here 3x already on different occasion and it never fails. The atmosphere was calm, service is good and everything is delicious. The meat are cooked in your preference. The candied bacon is the bomb. Kids will love it and so are the adults. Try also the Brazilian Lemonade.
We love Brazilian steakhouses and this was our first visiting for our anniversary. They gave us a cute card and celebrated us by giving us a dessert too! We really liked this due to its fresh salads and meats! We tried their blood orange margarita and it was so delicious. We usually don’t do much salads at these places but here the salads were so fresh and crunchy and had so much quality. The meats were tender and cooked to our liking! The hot foods were good too!
We went for lunch but we didn’t feel like we missed out on much! The servers were so attentive and kind, we loved being served by them! The only drawback was that we were in a corner and weren’t getting served as often as tables around us were, due to which we felt we didn’t try everything.

We had a graduation party here and they had this huge party room which was kept open after all other guests were gone (They close at 8pm on Sundays, we started the party at 7:30-11pm).

We were there during lunch hours but opted for the dinner menu because of the lamb chops and filet mignon. And they are truly tender and delicious. The salad bar is not as much variety as Fogo but they are enough for me. The cheese breads and roasted cinnamon pineapples are more delicious than Fogo in my opinion. We were 6 ladies spending time there until all other people are gone (from 12 noon to 3 pm and it’s a Friday) but the waiters were so friendly. They didn’t rush us instead they keep asking if we need anything else. Beautiful interior and great atmosphere. I’ll be back and bring my family too

The Fraldinha and Filet Mignon is the meat to have
So tender and juicy. A meat lovers paradise! And don't forget the Fireball cheesecake. It's a showy dessert that just makes you smile watching the fireworks. If you get a chance to go and celebrate that anniversary or birthday or just because it's Friday this is definitely the place. The service is good and the food even better. You'll remember the food, not the cost. So don't just go, run!!
Very nice restaurant similar to Fogo de Chao. The staff is very professional and hospitable. Food and cocktails were very good as well as the desserts. I was abit disappointed as they no longer serve smoke salmon, but I enjoyed the experience overall. It is abit noisy so be prepared and make sure to make a reservation. Enjoy.
After a few years of driving by this place I finally went. It was chosen by a friend and I was not disappointed. The service was impeccable. The restaurant itself was very modern and super clean. The food was absolutely Amazing! Alex, was checking on us throughout our visit and making sure we were taken care of. The soup/salad bar was incredible (try the champagne dressing)and well stocked. The servers were all extremely helpful, stopping by every so often to check on us. The meat selection was more than generous and absolutely incredible. (Don't pass on the chicken or pork) The staff is very well versed on the drinks too. The bar staff makes beautifully delicious drinks and they ask what brand of spirits you prefer. It was a great experience all around.
This is how Brazilian Dining should be done. The waiter was WELL over the top as far as theatrics go. Dessert was on fire. Drinks were poured with love & care. Wine was babied into glass with wonderful aeration. Expect 2 drinks + your dinner to run you $160+ worth every penny. The meat was delicious, the drinks were properly mixed. I cannot say enough about this location. For my first time dining here I was impressed
