Rudy’s has always been one of my favorites for BBQ! Recently I was able to join a wonderfully networking group that Rudy’s have graciously let us use some space in the morning! Which...in turn...gave me the opportunity to try the breakfast tacos (usually don’t eat breakfast) but holy cow! I inhale about 3 tacos every morning that I’m there. Thank you Rudy’s for allowing us to use the space and providing some great food every time we come!
I have eaten at Rudy’s for years but today was the first time I had breakfast. It was great, the eggs were done but not watery. As a person who eats low carbs having the option to put the taco in a cup is perfect with no tortilla. It’s always a place I like to stop when I’m in Texas.
Rudy's BBQ has always been my favorite especially the Leon Springs store I miss you R.I.P my friend no matter which one you goto Quality is always Top notch I recommend to all service is always the best and so friendly and get the Rudy's chop
The brisket and tenderloin were beyond good. Surprised it’s a chain joint. Definitely somewhere I’d return if ever back in town again.
