This place was unexpectedly awesome. I was busy all morning and hadn't had a cahnce to get something to eat. I was on my way to physical therapy and needed to get a bite before i started therapy and ran across this place. I've never heard of this place and wasn't really expecting to like the food because it looked like one of those trendy yuppie places where they charge high prices for food that baerly passable and everyone pretends it's good. Well that is and isn't the case here it is one of those trendy places but the food was actually good, really good and the prices weren't outrageous. I'll definitely be back.
This is an amazing place! I hosted a bridal shower here and it was and easy process from start to finish. Debi was so sweet and responsive to email/calls. The venue itself is super cute and the food was absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend this place for an even or brunch!

Super cute place with awesome customer service and even better food! We flew in from Nashville today and this was our first stop. They did not disappoint! The short rib grilled cheese was our favorite!
I've been waiting for this place to open and I have to say it was worth the wait. Excellent food, clean, contemporary decor (I think...I'm no design guru), comfortable indoor and outdoor seating, options for if you want to be fit or fat, vegetarian and gluten free options, one of the most diverse menus I've ever seen. And, it's not a chain. Owner has been in the restaurant biz since he was 15 and put together his dream restaurant...we all win. I'll end with this: Limitless (that's the brand) Grass-fed butter coffee plus...do it!!!

The food is amazing and the service is even better! My hubby is even sold and he hates all my foodie places that I love! Not to mention it's great to be able to go to a yummy place and they can accommodate our severe food intolerances���
We had breakfast this morning. AMAZING!! I had the Sammie egg sandwich. My husband had the breakfast burger. We wanted to try everything on the menu! Unique menu with high quality ingredients. Fun atmosphere & great service. We'll definitely be back!

Well worth the drive from Prosper/Celina! UP is amazing from the food to the atmosphere. The service is absolutely fantastic. The employs and owners are so friendly and happy to talk with you about just about anything! We'll definitely be back to this cheerful, one of a kind!
Very cozy & inviting on a rainy day. The food is incredibly fresh, delicious and satisfying! The coffee tasted like I was back in Europe. I highly recommend Up Inspired Kitchen to my family and friends . ☕️

Tried this place for the first time and will definitely be going back! Love the fresh, healthy options for food, and there's a great drink selection too with smoothies, juices and coffees. My friend's daughter loved the playhouse on the patio!

We just had our entire family here to celebrate my daughters baptism. It was PERFECT to entertain all our littles with lots of toys and a really cool wood playhouse outside. The food was super yummy and the service was exceptional. It far exceeded my expectations for a fun, family friendly restaurant with tons of yummy healthy food options to satisfy even the biggest food critic in your family!! Can't wait to go back for more!!

The cafe looks great, food smells and tastes delectable, and the staff was very knowledgeable and kind. It did feel a tad pricey relative to how much food was on the plate, but the overall experience was memorable. A good option if you want healthy food that still tastes great. Definitely stop by for a breakfast/brunch outing.

As a Realtor it is my job to know all the great eateries, shopping and places to go in DFW. In this day in time we have so many people moving here from out of state. I was in the area showing clients and decided to stop in! Loved the patio and ambiance from the get go, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My bacon was extra crispy like I liked it and the barista made my latte just like I asked! Looking forward to sharing this place as a recommendation of places to try for my clients! I asked the young man behind the cash register which bowl he recommended and so I ordered the Rib Bowl. You guys, you have to try this! The short rib was so tender that my son kept stealing it! The pickled cucumbers were amazing and had a kick! Also in the bowl was brown rice cooked perfectly and spicy slaw! Topped with a poached egg and I already need this in my life again!
My friend ordered the Chicken Harvest Bowl and she was raving about it as well! So I snuck a bite (for research purposes of course) and it also was so flavorful. The sweet potatoes, apples, pecans, a little balsamic dressing…yum.
My son ordered the pancakes and if you can believe it, that is the kid meal! Such a great size! He loved the real maple syrup and just give him all the berries! You can see he enjoyed his meal!
I had been so curious about their Honey Lavender Latte and was so happy I got it. The floral hints throughout each sip was magnificent. One of the best lattes I have ever had!
Head on over to Up, go sit on their cute patio and/or enjoy a game of cornhole while you’re at it. My son enjoyed it and was definitely better at it than I was!
5 star service. 5 star food. Coal and Allen made this experience a huge plus. Then we got the food and my wife and I were very impressed. Keep up the good work guys!
My spouse and I came here for a quick lunch date. The restaurant was clean and had a nice vibe. The menu was simple and had some good options for everyone. Meat eaters, gluten-free, vegetarian, vegans.
I ordered the Ultimate Veg Head whole wheat wrap. I thought it was just ok. Nothing spectacular. I really thought the cauliflower was actually going to be roasted and hot. Instead it was cold and didn’t seem roasted or cooked at all. I really liked the hummus on the wrap, and I didn’t see or taste any green goddess dressing on the wrap.
My spouse had the Blueberry Almond cakes. He thought they were fresh and fantastic but thought the portion size was much smaller than what he expected. He said they were fine for a snack, but not a meal. I snagged a small bite of one of his cakes, and I agree, they tasted yummy.
The lady who took our order, and the lady who picked up our plates were both friendly.
I’d definitely like to come back here again to try their Veggie Lasagna, it sounds yummy.
This is my first time coming to this establishment…bottom line I will definitely be coming back. They have a lot of options if you are vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, or gluten-free. The food was outstanding, but the service was even better. I encountered several staff members throughout my visit, everyone seemed super friendly, happy and upbeat. You could tell they were genuinely happy to be here. Service like this is hard to come by in this day and age. Fantastic.
