My experience was a decent one until my husband picked up the cakes. I wanted black and white themed cow cakes for my granddaughter's 1st birthday and dairy free.
The cakes were not white (dingy white) and didn't look anything like the example photo I emailed to them.

This bakery was amazing, I placed an order for my daughter’s birthday (last minute) and they were very professional, pleasant and accommodating. The cake was ready as promised, beautiful and delicious. Thank you very much!
Disappointing experience. We got 4 cupcakes and they were quite tasteless. The cakes did not seem fully cooked and tasted like mud. They were also very dense and did not feel airy and fluffy like I would expect from a good cupcake.
The icing was nice but overall not worth the price I paid.
