Paul (General Manager) and his staff did a great job in getting people through the restaurant with the crowd at the soft opening. Would recommend the location to anyone who loves a McAlister's.

Great service. We received our food really quickly. The food was excellent and the sweet tea brought back memories from my college days in Alabama. We will definitely return!
McAlister's in Frisco is a great place to eat with a warm very friendly atmosphere! I'm so glad to have found it! It's off Dallas North Tollway at Eldorado .
Amazing! Doing free food and though it was busy we only waited 30 minutes, found a table easily, got our food quickly, and it was delicious! Thoroughly impressed and will be back!
Great sandwiches and soups. Crew does well to keep moving the food out, cleaning up, and getting refills on drinks. Good quality food.
We have been here a few times and each time our orders were correct, prompt, and delicious. Staff has also came around to ask if we needed anything or any refills.

Went yesterday for pre Grand Opening and we were treated to Fab free food, so went back again today and we're met with people who remembered us and we're so appreciative that we returned! Great GM and staff of sweet professional people! So glad to have them up this way!

Went on a Sunday afternoon. Not crowded, but not empty either. Ordered an unsweet iced tea and the French dip with fruit. The counter person was pretty disinterested - no greeting or smile - just walked up to the register after I had been there for a few minutes and waited to take the order (note: I smiled and said hello). The iced tea was great, and came in a big cup. The food arrived quickly, and everything was correct. The sandwich was large, and the side of fruit was fresh and tasty. All in all, I would definitely go back again, but would suggest a bit of customer service training for the staff.
The service in this restaurant is excellent. A very kind person, Jeremiah, took his time to explain the menu. He was nice and patient taking our order with a smile, and happy. The black angus club was delicious. OMG!! the sweet tea is incredible. We recommend this beautiful place.
Great food! Went for lunch and it is a well staffed restaurant. Everyone was actually working either wiping off already clean tables, straightening stations, bringing out food and helping take care of the dining room. Such a pleasant surprise since it is a rarity these days getting such good service and seeing workers care.

I would like to say that my order was wrong when I got my delivery from Uber. But that is not why I am writing this. I am writing this because of the AWESOME service Patrick provided. He is the general manager. He had them remake my entire order and delivered it to my house in his personal vehicle. I know it is really hard right now to get consistent employees. He even wrote a note. I thought about tipping him or giving him a beer but instead I decided to write this so hopefully it makes it to the right person. You should definitely keep him and give him a raise because he did no thave do do that. I know he probably wanted to go home but he made sure he had a happy customer. Thank you Patrick!
