Service times are inconsistent as they can sometimes be very slow which is hard to deal with on a short lunch break. Food was great & amazing staff. Love this location because of the customer service as well as it always being clean. I sat in lobby for 20 minutes eating & watched the gm touch base with every customer. GREAT JOB management!

How is it everytime I buy from Chicken Express I have to wait 10-12 minutes? The chicken is great but you always have to wait. Why do they call this place chicken EXPRESS? It should be Made to Order Chicken.

The service is slow and the employee turnover seems to be high. Expect to wait and plan on your order being wrong. We keep going back because the food is good and it's the only "convenient" location.
