We saw that this place had great reviews so we decided to check it out while we were in town for a baseball game. It did not disappoint! The food was fantastic! Salads were fresh! Sandwiches were tasty! You have to get the St. Louis staple- toasted ravs! And the service and hospitality was top notch! Definitely check them out! You won't be disappointed!

I had a fantastic dinner here the other night. My out of town friends get all excited about trying out The Hill for Italian food. I say, forget the hype. Grassi's is Italian food perfection. Chicken parmigiana, linguine with meat sauce, portion size just right. With enough tasty bread and butter so you can get ALL of the delicious sauce (gravy) before sending the plate to the dishwasher. I'm not a marinara fan, so the meat sauce is just my style. The sauce is well-balanced, has a bit of kick, but not so hot that your nose is running after one bite, and it's not excessively sweet, either. And the simple, but tasty, Italian dressing, lettuce, and green olive salad. With a fountain drink, it was all under $15!!! I am definitely coming back! Update, I came back a week later, tried the veal parmagiana this time. Fantastic!!!! Another thing to mention is the great atmosphere here. Super nice folks running the place, and the clientele really make it feel like home. Next visit is either pizza or a deli sandwich. It all looks great.

First time in and I will be back! Great for a lunch. Super fast and high quality food. Prices were great, heck, even the iced tea was fresh and good.

This is a sure bet for good, home cooked type Italian food. The sauce is great, the salad is delicious and the meals are well portioned. We enjoy each time we attend. A little hidden off the beaten path place. Don't miss it.

Very casual place with a food line where you order. The soft drinks (coke products) are self serve, and they bring your entrees out to your table. The pizza is really good, and the main reason I go. Most of the rest of the food is also good, from what I've sampled. The exception is the garlic cheese bread. The base bread is pretty meh, then that is smeared with some weak garlic butter with no other seasoning. It's finally topped with a few thin slices of cheese that is barely melted. The whole thing is a tragic affront to garlic cheese bread everywhere.
