Always a pleasure to eat here.. love the tempura green beans and the ranch dip sauce is also nice. Glad there is a double char burger option for more beef without more bread. Also enjoy the peppers and sauces set out without added cost.

For a limited time (until November 30, 2016), you can try their new Golden Chicken Sandwich, their first fried chicken option. The Golden Chicken Sandwich ($6.25) is made with a fresh, filleted chicken breast that is hand-dipped into house-made seasoned flour and buttermilk twice before being fried and topped with a new spicy red pepper sauce, fresh sliced tomato, lettuce, and tangy pickles on a soft toasted bun (I chose grilled sourdough). I also added Swiss cheese (+ $0.60). The double dip in the seasoned flour and buttermilk provides a crispy, blistered, and flavorful coating to the juicy chicken breast inside. The red pepper sauce is a tad spicy but provides a lively flavor kick for your taste buds. The Swiss cheese adds a cheesy, nutty, and bitter bite to the sandwich. The Habit absolutely needs to add this permanently to the regular menu! Rating: 5/5

Double Charburger ($4.25) is made with 100% fresh ground beef patties char-grilled over an open flame and topped with mayonnaise, pickle, fresh tomato, lettuce, and caramelized onions on a toasted bun (the hubby chose grilled sourdough). It is just amazing how grilled sourdough makes this burger great! I think the sourdough provides an umami flavor that goes well with the ground beef and the toppings. The burger is grilled perfectly with a juicy interior and chargrilled flavor. Rating: 5/5
Tempura Green Beans ($2.95) are fresh-cut green beans lightly battered and flashed fried to perfection. I love fries with burgers and sandwiches, but these Tempura Green Beans are just too delicious to pass up. I paired them with my Golden Chicken Sandwich and they went together quite nicely. The crispy, golden brown tempura on the outside contrasts the juicy, slightly sweet green bean inside. I’m so happy they are part of the regular menu! Rating: 5/5
We normally speak highly of this chain but the girl working their on Sunday the day of of our visit was soured face and did not render good service. There were only three cars including ours in that spacious pasting area. So it was not terribly busy.
Great that they share outdoor seating with other food vendors in the little food mall across the street from Cal State Fullerton. The music probably is perhaps loud enough during peak hours but could've been dialed back some for a more pleasant environment for diners on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Update Sunday afternoon, Feb 13, 2022. A refreshing experience with the personnel training and caliber as we felt more positive with the service rendered at the counter. This burger joint is a hidden gem! The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. I love their Veggie burger, it is nicely well done and the patty is mouth watering. The size of the burger in itself is so big that a person like me can have only half of it. The tempura green on the side is so different and tasty, I always order these two. For vegetarians looking for good veg burger, try this place!!
Delicious. So satisfying. Today was my third time there and I can easily say its one of my favorite spots now! I ordered the lettuce wrap grilled chicken sandwich with avocado, grilled onions, sauce, swiss cheese and its so good and healthy! I felt good about myself!(: And I cannot forget about those yellow peppers. They also have wheat bread & sourdough bread. Onion rings, french fries, and green peas are amazing! + With some ranch to top it off. If you donate more than $2 dollars to No Kid Hungry Foundation you will get a coupon for a free charburger with cheese. Limited time. I will definitely stop by again.

I ordered two salads and there was no dressing in the bag. There is even a place on the lid for dressing, and it was empty. There was also no ranch for my fried green beans. My daughter went back in to get dressing. They were nice and accommodating when they shorted me a burger, but it may have been my fault.
Good location that’s always quick with the order. I do wish that they would make the fries crispier when I say well done but the burgers more than make up for it.

You can't go wrong with this place. Reasonably priced, fresh and delicious. The only thing I dislike is their fries, they're never crispy for some reason and it's kind of disappointing. Maybe it's because of steam in the bag or something that makes it soggy by the time I'm home, but the crunch is always gone by the time I get to them. I'd recommend the onion rings instead.
Fast services, manager, cashiers are all nice and welcoming. They actually have a person that go around to clean the table and making sure if we need our drinks to refilled or get napkins for us which is nice because there are places that we went that table aren't cleaned and we had to clean it ourselves. Burgers are good! Their onion rings are phenomenal! Price is under $10 per person, with good services and good food is a win win!
I can never give Habit anything less than 5 stars. My foot is always delicious. My go to meals are the double char combo or the chicken sandwich. Everything is always cooked fresh. All the workers are very nice. The dining room is always clean.
