This franchise in particular is good at serving. Food is always hot/warm and they are fast as well. Clean!
It was our first time buying lunch from El Pollo Loco. We bought a lunch pack and two different tacos. Overall the food was good. Enough for one person. They only do drive through due to covid. Will try different menu again soon.

The process of ordering to getting my food was quick and easy. I enjoy their shredded nachos chicken during my quick lunch break.
If you want all the atmosphere and service of a fast food restaurant but don't mind fast food made and served slowly at surprisingly high prices then this is your place.
Well the food is always good except on this occasion the portions would rather small so I don't know if that's is the chicken that I got was small but the portions were smaller.
The service I would grade a mediocre nothing major.

Come once in a while. But everytime I come here I receive my order in a timely matter. Staff is super nice and even the assistant manager Vanessa is always attentive, very nice and friendly.
Nicer decor at this location. Make sure you have a coupon as prices are much higher without. Chicken pieces are tiny, but that's EPL in general. At least it tastes good.

Good food, chicken was a bit dry so in had to dump on extra salsa and dressing.
