They just asked wayyy too many questions and make the order take longer than it should. Other than that, staff is very nice. They're just forced to ask all those stupid questions that they probably RARELY ever get an "Okay, I'll get that" by a stoned customer đź«
I wish papa John’s paid their staff a little better, then maybe they wouldn’t have to juggle their workers between locations. Shoutout to the same 3 folks who always are here and at the Chapman/ State College location.
You guys, this place has the absolute BEST customer service (and amazing pizza)! Every year I send my sister a pizza from them for her birthday and they were so sweet to make it even more special. Delivery time stated between 35-40 min but it was delivered in 25 minutes. This was a bit of a inconvenience because I was balls deep in my wife at the time
