Great people. Everybody is friendly n helpful. They even bring your food or drink to your table. I mostly go for coffee in the morning.

Went through the drive through after work around midnight. The staff were very polite and on point. Some of the best fries I've had at a McDonald's in a long time. Made fresh and perfectly salted and crispy. My nuggets and QP were also perfect.
The food was fresh, the French fries were fresh, golden brown and crispy, the burger juicy and looked exactly like the ads! Super friendly staff made everything a breeze and I had a hugeee order!
Attention all coffee drinkers this is the place to come for a cup of excellent coffee 24-hour drive thru and great customer service. Every 15 minutes They toss the old coffee. and make a new batch of coffee.
The fries were cold and not crispy….
I brought my kids here. They loved it. The playground is a main reason we came here. A lot of the other McDonald's have closed their playgrounds which is a huge bummer. I understand why I'm just happy I found one open. The service was really great too. Very nice staff I was impressed by this also. Food was also good. All around 2 thumbs up!! :)
You have to understand it's a McDonald's therefore you should not have high fluten expectations for such an establishment. For what it is, the team here has executed it well, and delivered a McDonald's product that is consistent and tasty. Being the father of two, my wife and I have experienced the gambit of poor to excellent quality McDonald's over the past decade and a half. So if you're looking for well executed McDonald's and quickly, this is a good stop.
Lines look long but these guys are fast so no worries. Its never as long as it looks. This mc donalds has been here along time. They are very efficent and busy but they have a great kids zone and wifi...so play away in peace.

Every time I've come by this place it's been really busy. But the wait wasn't too bad. Maybe about 10 minutes and considering that we were literally in a line until the end of the parking lot that was really fast. Additionally, with all these people both in the restaurant as well as in line in the drive-thru, there's always the chance they'll get the order wrong because of how busy it is. That was not the case, for McDonald's, food and execution was great.
McDonald's on Brookhurst in Fullerton CA have 2 outstanding employees named Jason and Pedro. They greet people with friendly hello and remember customers that frequent the restaurant. It's nice to be remembered by them.
I had an amazing experience yesterday March 2nd , I was at the drive through at 3 am because my 4 years old daughter was crying for a happy meal because of the toy inside ...I drove there and I was oblivious that at this time they accept cash only , however the order guy was so amazing and he offered a free happy meal for my daughter and also four toys to make her happy and said that it was free and gift from Macdonals , my daughter was so happy that she even slept hugging the four little toys that day , I wanted to thank this anonymous guy and wish he gets the recognition he deserves

Customer service is definitely the best! And this is by far the best Mcdonald’s store I have been to.
Came here around 12:30 AM at the drive-thru for a smoothie and mcflurry. The smoothie’s texture was more runny, and the person helping us actually let us know and gave us an option to replace the item! Not to mention, they actually mixed the toppings in the mcflurry, so I didn’t have to worry about mixing it. Wished I had gotten the name of the person helping us because she deserves a promotion!
