A bit pricy for what you get but where else are you supposed to find a place that specialize in korean porridge? Average quality but not exceptional. Its good to have when your sick, have dental issues or digestive issues, or when you just want something lighter. I do wish the price was lower but it's a franchise.

Korean porridge. A lot of variety. Healthy and quite tasty. Decent pricing. Large portion. Quick service. Clean space. Perfect for sick days.

The restaurant is in a large but pretty dead plaza.
A lot of people came to get take out for dinner.
The menu only has two pages.
They only serve porridge.
I got the beef and mushroom porridge.
There were ground beef and shiitake mushroom in the porridge.
3 kinds of banchan came with porridge - kimchi, spicy chopped radish and stewed beef.
The porridge tastes even better with the banchan.
There are a lot of seafood in the porridge - shrimp, oyster, octopus, clams.
The seafood porridge had a complete different flavor than my beef mushroom porridge.
We enjoyed both.
I've been to this restaurant once before with my sister.
I had the Octopus with Kimchi Porridge last time.
If you like spicy food, you'll like that porridge.

If you get a good craving for the Korean porridge, this place will not disappoint. If you are having some stomach issues, try Bon Jun/porridge.

This BonJuk offers full menu of traditional Korean Juk. Very clean and friendly service. Also a lot of parking space. According to Wikipedia, "Juk is a predominantly Korean porridge made of grains such as cooked rice, beans, sesame, and azuki beans. Juk is often eaten warm in Korea, especially as a morning meal, but is now eaten at any time of the day. It is known to have nutritional benefits, and is considered to be beneficial to digestion because of its soft texture. It is a staple "get well" dish; a dish to eat when one is sick or recovering from bad health." God bless all of you here!

Nice& quiet environment, neat and organized seating& service. Recommend large size porridge so you won't feel hungry too soon.

Food is good. Service is so-so. They close at 7:30, we arrived around 6:45. Then they don't allow us dine-in anymore.

Overpriced rice porage. But hey, when wife is sick and want to have a juk, this is a spot.
