Krispy Kreme - Fuquay-Varina - Photo album

Immediately greeted and helped with order. Staff was friendly. Store was clean and display case was full even late in the afternoon. Have had lots of great experiences at this Krispy Kreme.

Not sure what is up with this location but there is always some kind of “issue” happening. Doors are locked the day after. Line around the block. I can't cancel my online order as it's paid for and ready for pick up. I've been in line over thirty minutes now.

Terribly managed store... ruins the whole Krispy Kreme experience. Long drive thru wait times, inaccurate orders, poorly trained staff and perpetually understaffed location. Latest event that broke the camel's back with my tolerance of this mismanaged location: Went to buy our usual two dozen post-s

The “HOT NOW” sign is lie! I went to this location because I was in the area. 2 dozen glazed donuts were ordered because the hot now sign was on. We were almost home when my wife and I eat one of the donuts. It was stale and tasted like an old donut was warmed and then glazed. We called the manager

I work at neighboring business. I work in customer service. They are never open when they're supposed to be. I have went a handful of times. Each time the employees are rude, disrespectful, and belittling. I won't be back. Your doughnuts aren't that great to be treated like trash!!!

I am changing my previous 5 star review to reflect my last experience with this business. As I waited to place my order the customer in front to me struggled to complete her order Although she had an accent I clearly could hear her say 6 chocolate covered donuts while the employee kept saying what

was excited all day for free graduation donuts, got there said they were sold out of them for the entire day and i couldn’t get any free (not even plain ones and barely an apology after waiting in 15 min line) 20 mins later people are getting free donuts from them again :(

So on Mother’s Day Sunday you presale mini donuts. Sounded great. Until you arrive to find they are closed except for drive thru !! If I had not already paid on line I would leave. In-line now for 23 min. Will be deleting my app and taking business elsewhere until They can get Fuquay KK together. W
