Fast friendly service and attention to detail. The food is always hot, fresh and delicious. They are usually very busy at noon meal times. The food was ok, didn't feel as crispy and done as I would want. They forgot my order, so had to inform them I was still waiting. It's in the mall, so atmosphere is the best it can be.
I was sooo disappointed, I couldn't eat it ,the chicken was stringy and color was off. I'm Noy picky eater but nope, mac and cheese wasn't much better. Hoping it's a one time thing but I'll be afraid to try again Service was excellent, friendly staff so polite.

We went to the mall an ordered our sandwich my sandwich wasn't made right which is unusual for Chick-fil-A. But I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Other than that it's still my favorite place. I like the one on Archer road the best and University

Nothing bad to say about Chik Fil A. I had the spicy chicken deluxe with pepper jack cheese. Oh man, it was delish. Lots of people always. Went on a road trip and ordered another one. Way to go Chik Fil A.
Literally the only downside of this location is that it’s inside the mall. Honestly, the day this location moves out the mall will finally collapse on itself and raise like a phoenix from the ashes into its final form. Another Shands branch.

This chick fil a is the best ever. They literally gave me a free 8 piece nugget just for ordering on the app. They are also super fast andddddd are very accommodating when you need sauce or anything extra! Amazing!
If you want fast food service with an exceptional food taste Chick-fil-A is the place to dine. I have never been dissatisfied with quality of their food. I've been dining in the Oaks Mall location for most of my life and leaving with my palate satiated.
