Excellent food-every single time. Friendly, courteous & attentive service. I especially appreciate how kind they are to my toddler. Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Korma are soooooo goooood. The Shrimp Poori appetizer is a must have...with a Hayward 5000 beer!

Great restaurant. I love spicy Indian food and this place is the only one I can get real spicy without ruining the flavor.

Glad to find a decent Indian restaurant at last! The lamb is so tender, and the taste and texture are spot on. I like spicy food and I would like it to be more spicy, but that is my only minor quibble.

Chicken tandoori level 8 was delicious 😩highly recommended, garlic naan was a great side dish for any option you pick. As expected when they mean hot they definitely mean hot if you can’t handle spicy id recommend 4-5 level spicy.

Excellent. Paneer so fresh. Spinach so creamy. Chicken tikka served like tandoori. Excellent spices balance of ingredients and onions so flavorful. Beautiful naan, keer, etc. Made with love. Very rewarding.

Visiting here from New York , Bhakta was my server and he has excellent customer service. Food was also wonderful. Food tasted amazing, just make sure to let them know how spicy you want your food as some of the food is really spicy and will make you sweat, but still it is good. I highlight recommend you come here if you are in the mood for fine Indian cuisine :)

Best Indian food ever. The restaurant itself is very nice and the food is delicious. Went in for lunch was not busy, got our appetizers and food pretty quick. Great service, I’d definitely go back. (I cannot handle spicy at all. I’m glad they have numbers to describe how spicy the food is, starting from 0 all the way to 10)

Outstanding Indian Cuisine and service! The owner of this restaurant really cares about his customers. The level of integrity you will experience at this restaurant is rare in this world today. I encourage you to make the time to dine in this restaurant and see for yourself what a blessing it is!

Excellent Indian food in Gainesville. Service is a little slow but worth the wait — the butter chicken, tandoori shrimp and combination bread basket was perfect for me and my husband. I’m usually able to eat spicy foods but the 4 to 5 range was a little too much for us; i would go down to a 2 or 3 next time. Highly recommend!

We were lucky to find this restaurant on our drive. Chana masala tasted different than other restaurants. It's more like home made taste and we loved it. We also ordered malai kofta and mutter paneer. Our spice levels were 7 and 8 which was good for adults but my kid felt he wanted 5 or 6. We will definitely go back again.

Authentic Indian cuisine that is so fragrant and flavorful that you can't wait to return. Our friends ask for level 10 Indian spice and it never disappoints. Between the 4 of us we have tried 8 entrees in 2 weeks and every one was amazing.

Great food! We always get the same thing - chicken momos, kutchumber salad, chicken tikka and garlic naan, and have never been disappointed. They have limited staff, but there was no problem with wait time, service or food preparation. Everything came out piping hot and deliciously seasoned. Caution about spice level - we are not fans of very spicy food and their levels go up to 10! We get a 2 spice level and it's warm without having a sting. Servings are generous and we always leave with leftovers. Price is also reasonable - our bill, less tax, was $40 (without alcohol or soft drinks).

The restaurant looks very nice. It you are looking to celebrate a special occasion it looks great and elegant. The food is delicious. I asked for chicken Tika Masala , samosas, and a Nan. The food is a little spicy but you can ask them to make the food mild. They have a good customer service.

We had a wonderful experience at Taste of India. The staffs are incredibly attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. The highlight was definitely the cultural decoration with big beautiful lights around and indoor spacious, neat and clean area. The food surpassed our expectations, with delicious flavors that satisfied our taste buds. Moreover, the friendly atmosphere created by the staff and other patrons added to the overall enjoyment of our visit.

I got here right when it opened (11am) so I was the first to arrive (hence no people in the pictures). This is my favorite Indian restaurant around. If you get the lunch buffet it’s going to be milder than if you order a dinner entree, so keep that in mind. Food is excellent, but I really wish they would turn the volume of their music way down. It is SO LOUD! That makes patrons speak louder and pretty soon it’s very overbearing and obnoxious.

Wow! Where do I begin? This Indian restaurant is a hidden gem! If you have never been there, you owe it to yourself to try it. The food is beyond amazing! If I could rate it above 5 stars, I absolutely would. The food is fresh, hot and delicious! The waitstaff is attentive and available when you need them. I loved this dining experience. The owner and his wife introduced themselves, and it felt that we had been lifelong friends! Words cannot express my sincerest, heart-felt gratitude to Mr. Kabir Bohara and his hospitality. I look forward to coming back to this restaurant and sharing it with my friends and family! Also, be sure to try their Indian wines, which was a new but amazing experience.
