My favorite is the beef and cheddar sandwich. The sandwiches and wraps are good as are the apple turnovers. I saw they have a wagyu burger now.

First of all, this place was so slow that the front counter was littered with unhappy people, one of them filming the guy in back SLOWLY assembling the food and even more slowly wrapping it. Second off, the food was ice cold and you guys owe me 25$. Third, please discontinue the wagyu burger. It's awful. You aren't ready to enter the arena of the king of sandwiches, lad. In the post apocalyptic future, Arby's will be remembered as something. Not, a restaurant, but something.

Hearing what the order is doesn't seem to be a strong suit at this drivethru location. Both orders were wrong. :(. But the food was hot and yummy, just wish it was right in drivethru.

I went today after work. The employyees were a behind with orders, which is understandable on a friday. I had no problems with the mame manager. My problem was that the employees under him would not listen to him and he had to run back to male lemonade, and other things. Why would the employees he asked to make lemonade help him out? If the lazy, loud female worker under him was to get fired everything would go better. Head up manager. Get new employees. Things will get better.

Today, I visited store #201. Let me start by stating that I was impressed by your employees. (Gainesville, Fl). I received wonderful service from all involved in the process (from ordering to production). As an operations manager (though in a different field) I can appreciate the attention to detail, time-management, and the sheer dedication to customer service that was performed at this location. My cashier’s name was Tierra. She was prompt, polite, and attentive. She remembered my name, and took customer service to the next level by providing regular updates on the status of my food. Those involved in the production of the food were handling the drive-through orders and the in person orders with ease. The food I received was fresh and delicious. Needless to say, I rang the bell. Thank you for a great fast food experience.

I ordered a chicken bacon swiss sandwich, we waited for about 7 to 8 minutes at the window. The chicken bacon swiss sandwich was made with tenders instead of a chicken fillet. I was not warned that they were out of chicken fillets. In addition, the tenders and all the ingredients in sandwich were cold. I don't even understand how since there's supposed to be heated bins on the line for the tenders. Additionally, the fries were also cold, old and mixed with both curly and crinkle fries. This is not the first time this happens at this location. I worked for Arby's for about a year in Miami and the difference between the food we made and the food that's made here is astounding, doesn't even compare. While this location may be a franchise, there should be someone keeping track of how stuff is being done at the store. I am not going to this Arby's location again and I suggest you do the same.

I was a bit leery since this is attached to a gas station, but the sandwich was definitely full of meat as ordered and cooked well. Don't know why they call them curly fries when most of them look like fake eyelashes? Wish there were more rolly curly ones but I was satisfied overall
