Great customer service! Manager answered my call after an order was delayed by grubhub, and was very kind explaining the situation. Even remade our subs after we complained about the time delay from grubhub, so they would be hot. Recommend using a different delivery service, but Firehouse Subs here

Subs great as always. Didnt get my pickle(best part after eating sandwich), out of cheetos, and out of sweet tea. The tea is your best offerings after the subs. You should never be out of it during the middle of the day. Dammit firehouse
Always love Firehouse Subs....for Gainesville location, there is plenty of parking, and also a Sushi place and Dunkin/Baskin Robbins in same building. Can't get any better than that! Prompt service, friendly staff, very clean.
