I really loved the atmosphere and the prices themself weren't too bad. I ordered the 8 piece rainbow roll for about $8 with tip and I enjoyed it, the only thing I would say is that the top layer on the sushi wasn't as 'rainbowed' as others I've had, but still very good.

Takes forever at times. Incompetent staff it seems to handle busy times. One guy usually doing most of the work in my experience. Buffet table questionable, seems to often have very little food left burning on the bottom and doesn't seem frequently rotated.

Sushi Chao has such a great selection of food from sushi to hot food like chicken, tofu and yummy vegetable selections. Placed an order online for delivery on Saturday night, and when my food arrived I discovered that my sushi had a long, DIRTY piece of plastic film running along the inside of the length of the entire roll. I used to love this place, and even recommend it to my friends, but I will never do so again.
I had multiple terrible experiences here. Food takes 30 minutes to prepare, yet they claim to be "fast-food". When I saw 2 parties get their food before me, even though they ordered after, I asked the manager why and she snapped at me and was very rude. First in First out!!
