We visited for the first time yesterday. My daughter has several food allergies and I was so impressed with the amount of care the staff took to make sure there was no cross contamination. Sometimes I get attitude from restaurants about it because of the extra work. The staff was awesome, I will be back! Thank you so much.

Found a new favorite pizza place. The concept is awesome. Subway mets pizza. You walk in choose your crust, then sauce, and then toppings of your choice just like you do at Subway. Prices are very reasonable also.

Best place with Off The Chain pizza. The staff is awesome and on Monday's they have a special called Maddio Monday's ...right now its $7.99 for 9" Any Three Toppings and a drink. Additional toppings are 50 cents more.
Wife and I are BIG fans of the new Maddio's in Gainesville. The owners and staff are friendly. The pizza can be gluten free, ingredients are fresh and free of antibiotics/crap, and the end result is a pizza that tastes amazing. (And, when we once had a question/misunderstanding, the owners went out of their way to ameliorate it.). The friendly staff is trained to wipe every counter clean, use new gloves, and ingredients from a new jar for gluten-allergic customers. What more can you ask for? Did I mention the pizza tastes amaaaaazing!?
LOVE this place. The quality is outstanding and the staff is always friendly. I try something new every time but the chicken club pizza is the best!

LOVE this new place!! Took my son who is a huge pizza eater and he loved it as well. Fresh ingredients , friendly staff, clean all through out, and very well priced! No more Pizza Hut, Dominos, or Papa Johns for my family! Love the huge selection of toppings as well! Don't change a thing Maddio's!

With 6 in our family, it's often difficult to agree on pizza. Not any more! Uncle Maddio to the rescue...we each get out own! Today we swapped slices and every pizza was perfect!!

Love this place. Fresh dough and items to put on your pizza. Atmosphere is nice as well. Love that you can customize your personal pan pizza with lots of different toppings. My favorite is sausage spinach olives and cheese.
I've been visiting this pizza parlor for the last 2 years and I must say it get better each time I visit it; their wide selection of fresh toppings give each slice that wonderful texture and flavor. If you're a fan of creating your own pizza this place will surely suit your needs. The staff is very friendly and best of all, they support our troops!
Seriously a must to go to!!! They have a whole pizza toppings bar similar to Subway where you can make your own pizza. They have vegan cheese and vegan options, never seen that before. They have different pizza doughs, like gluten free, thin and regular, as well as different sauces.The toppings are an endless variety, they have everything from prosciutto to black olives or pesto. They also have amazing cheesy bread. Super quick, and get to customize your own pizza!
I just watched these folks educate and entertain a crowd of third graders and then prepare about 100 individual pizzas in less than an hour. Every single pizza was made to order, super fresh and super fast. Really delicious pizza served by really sweet people.
