They refused to make my frozen coffee lactose free for allergy reasons (not able to use oat milk or almond in machine) I get it but there needs to be drinks for lactose intolerant people too! Very upsetting bc I would come here all the time for my oat milk frozen coffee and now looks like Starbucks
