I go there often to grab breakfast or lunch for myself, and many times to grab breakfast for employees. The staff is always friendly and efficient, and the food is always fresh and tasty. Great place!
I have been going to Panera in Gainesville ever since it opened up! The Food is always fresh and so amazing! One of their new Salads and All of there Soups are my favorite! And getting to go with my girlfriends!
Every trip here and there has been many...with large groups and just us two...every time ...great service and food....I came today to say way 2 go....I am staying in Monroe Ga.. now temporarily...due to moms health... choices for eating slim..was excited as a paneras just opened...tried them 3 times ...all three times over charged...bad service and bad food...order wrong..every time..I miss you Gainesville paneras .....none of this ever happen with you.. out of all the times I have been there. ..you are the best...

The food is amazing here and the atmosphere is great for business meetings. My only complaint is that it can be pricey. I paid $5 for barely about a scoop of Mac N Cheese which stinks, but the flat bread pizza was great though!
I give them a 5 because when they are staffed this location is awesome. HOWEVER they have been having serious staffing issues again. I go here 2 to 3 times a week for breakfast. I order on the tablet to avoid counter line and make their job easier. On Friday February 18th I waited over 12 minutes for an Egg and cheese on Brioche. My egg is over easy. I got the sandwich which was piping hot and the egg was completely cooked through. I ate it unhappily because I just did not have the energy to go fight about this again since the people working have nothing to do with staffing, they are there working. Could someone PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THINGS GOOD from leadership get involved and fix the Gainesville stores staffing issues.
Amazingly wonderful food and great service and atmosphere. I love Panera Bread, the bread bowls are absolutely amazing. 10/10
Panera was wonderful, as usual! Wish there was a drive-thru! But the food was great and service was quick, also clean...which is very important!
