I went to this place because it was by the dealership where I was getting service done on my vehicle and was pleasantly surprised. Our server, Ryan, was bubbly and attentive. The food was excellent and the service was flawless. At the end of our wonderful meal the manager, Rahsan, came by to ensure we had a great experience. This place will definitely be a place that my family come back to over and over again. Lifelong customer!
Recently went here for lunch with my family. Service is always amazing and food even better. Everything was cooked perfectly. Even their online ordering is excellent. No lags and the food was ready when I arrived.

This place is beautiful. The ambience, the lighting, the food, the décor. Everything is so nicely done and presented. I enjoyed my food. I got Jalapeno Deviled Eggs and Crab Cakes for my Appetizer and a Chicken Sandwich with Steak Fries for my meal. It is was delicious. The crab cakes came with a mango chutney. Yum! They have Lemonade from Alex's. It was so good and sweet. My husband enjoyed his Delmonico Steak very much. I will definitely go back again.
Fantastic service and food. My first time there and celebrated my fiance’s Birthday. Waiter went above and beyond and made it a special dinner with candles on our cheesecake.

We were part of a large party on a weekday late in the afternoon. The two of us arrived and were promptly greeted, guided to the group we were joining. Two servers took care of us, providing excellent attention. They were well dressed and informative. The restaurant has a very comfortable and upscale atmosphere. Service was timely and efficient. The food presentation was very appealing. Our food was fresh tasting and appetizing. A very relaxing and filling experience. A good value.
Great food, service, and ambiance. We enjoyed our dinner and we come here often. It is definitely on the expensive side but the food quality is really good. This place is always busy, so I definitely recommend making reservations beforehand.
First time at Firebirds and can I say wow! Since most pics posted were that of the prime rib, that's what I went with and it was well worth the price tag ($37) - it was terrific and I would recommend this to anyone visiting. The only thing I would ask for is fresh horseradish instead of the cream which was just meh.
The ranch rings were done well, not too heavily battered and not greasy. Tater tots is a must try, though it's on the salty side. Mushroom side was great as well, recommend it if you want something not fried.
Service was absolutely great. All in all 5 stars experience and will come back again and try other dishes.

Have visited this Firebirds Wood Fired Grill location on many occasions. This time we went for dinner.
We made our reservation through OpenTable and our table was ready when we arrived. Restaurant was busy for a Thursday night. Restaurant is open and high ceilings make the noise very low.
Our server was Chynna and she was excellent. Always present and making sure everything was served and we were happy. Well done! We also had a to go order at the end of the meal which she made sure was ready to go so we did not have to wait.
Upon arrival you are greeted with fresh baked bread and butter. We each had a side salad (BLT and Ceasar) to start our meals. Great portions for a side salad and very tasty. For entrees she had the 7 oz filet (she has it butterflied as she likes it well done) and a fully loaded baked potato. I had a new dish which was the Chilean Sea Bass with tater tots. The sea bass came with a sauce and several grilled shrimp on top. A large portion which was too much for me to finish.
No desserts tonight. Overall an excellent meal with great service at a restaurant we frequent often.

While the food at Firebirds wood fired grill is on point, the real star of the show is the wait staff. Our waiter was professional, obviously very well trained, highly attentive, and in all ways exceptional. The only gripe I have is that the lighting was too low for me to be comfortable. But with the level of attention to detail of our waiter and the perfectly cooked stake, the lighting was a non-issue.
Ray was a fantastic waiter and attentive to our table, ensuring all our needs were met through the evening. After our entrees arrived, he had us cut into our steaks to check for doneness and then asked if there was anything else he could get for our meals. Food was great, everything came out to order and everyone in our party was satisfied. The interior and atmosphere of this location is very comfortable for the area, and they have a great happy hour as well!
A great restaurant for authentic juice bergers and what not. It’s a busy place. Food is great with a huge selection of wines. Try Durango Berger and won’t regret. You would be lucky if you are waited by Caverty. She is pleasant and served with smile. Reservation recommended.
This was my first time coming to this restaurant and I would recommend it. My server Roxi was awesome. I plan to return to Firebirds Wood Fired Grill in the near future. I would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service. I came here for a pre birthday dinner with family and friends. I returned to firebirds on 12-9-23 because I was in the area. My server, Jordan, was amazing. Rahsaan, the manager, greeted me when my party went to the table and spoke to me once we were leaving. This is one of my favorite restaurants. The food tasted awesome. Everyone was happy with their food. Thank you once again for the great customer service and awesome food.
Stopped here for some shrimps and grits. Had only 30 minutes, they were friendly, quick and delish! Spoke a little with their Manager Mike as I waited for my cab. Will return if i can.
Was treated to this gem for my birthday, and it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was chill, relaxed, and friendly. We ate on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the buratta, cheesecake egg rolls, and juicy burgers and fries. This is perfect for a day or night date with your special person, girlfriends, or with the whole family.
Firebirds is definitely a favorite in my 15 minute radius. Very delicious steaks, hamburgers, pastas, and deserts ! Ambiance is great, as well is the service. A monthly visit to Firebirds is definitely a must for me !

Amazing service, food is always great. My favorite dishes are 1- the lobster spinach chip and dip, you need to get this because its filled with lobster chunks and is sooo good. And when you order a steak make sure to have one of their special sauces on there because it makes them 10x better. The char on the steak is amazing. Their dessert, the butter cake is so decadent.
We only had one negative experience and that is that we requested no bacon on the steak but it came out with bacon, and the lobster in the surf snd turf was bitter, the manager however fixed the issue right away.

Went for dinner on a Thursday evening. Service was very good. Ordered bacon deviled eggs as an appetizer - they were good but were overfilled with the yolk mixture. I had to scrape a good amount of it out of each egg because it was just too much for me. You can see from the photo they also put the eggs on top of more yolk mixture which is a nice presentation but it was really a bit overboard. Ordered the BLT salad with chicken and my guest had the honey glazed chicken with vegetables. Both were good but the chicken was on the dry side. Prices were reasonable and I would return, but next time I would try something different.
Nice Happy Hour menu in the Fire Bar, and excellent dinner menu. Steaks were perfect, and service was on point.
Tried again after a few years. While it wasn't bad, it wasn't outstanding. I ordered snapper with shrimp and rice. Good but atmosphere was better. Bar area is cozy but could be bigger. Very pretty bar display.

Chasing a beautiful sunset, we found ourselves in Gaithersburg. After an hour ride, we came upon our destination, Firebirds. This is our second time to this restaurant and what a pleasant establishment. For appetizers we ordered three different salads which were nicely chilled and wonderful. As an entree, the prime rib was cooked perfectly except they were short one end cut. The Baja shrimp pasta was delicious. The fully baked potato is nothing to laugh about. The kitchen and crew are definitely in control. The dining room staff could not have done enough for us. One of our guests is seafood allergic and the kitchen was able to accommodate this serious allergy without a hitch. The staff was attentive and cordial. Our waitress, China, was such a delight. The portions were such that, unfortunately, there was no room for dessert. Welcome back everyone! Happy Labor Day. Come out and try this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. P.S. Chef, next time I come to visit, I want my end cut prime rib,.
Yesterday, we took our entire family to Firebird to celebrate my son going into the Navy. We had a large group that kept expanding. The staff and management were wonderful and accommodating as we continued to ask for more and more tables to be added to the group. Without asking, they organized the separate checks for us and everything went off without andytrue hitches. To top it off, they even made a delicious treat to honor my son, my hero, my Navy Sailor.
I know big groups are annoying and a lot of work, but they never made us feel like it was too much. Thank you to your entire staff and I have to say… I loved the Deviled Eggs and the Lemon Drop cocktail .
I really enjoyed the food and the staffs were extremely helpful and kind. The atmosphere is quite warm and cozy. Their menu is okay and there are different options for salads but for main dish I felt that it was very limited. The food taste delicious is not like *woah* but I think for the price it was good. They did bring out the food fast. The chocolate cake is probably one of the best , it’s very soft and I really appreciate the texture. All in all it was very pleasant experience.

If you like a relaxed upscale experience with a good wine selection, Firebirds is your place! I enjoy coming here often to get a nice meal in a pretty low-key restaurant. Dark, intimate and clean. Food is pretty good, I stick to the heartier options, I got a steak, Parmesan mashed potatoes and a lobster tail! Delicious, but the lunch is great too. All in all it’s a vibe.
