Cool Latin restaurant and rum bar. I've been a few times now, and it's an enjoyable place. The food has good flavors, is presented well, and does have a pan-Latin flair. I've done a rum flight and that's a worthwhile experience - you get to try 3 rums. The music seems a bit loud to actually have a conversation with your dining companions - I'm not sure that's so practical, I mean I get that they're projecting a fun image but in my experience, people occasionally like to talk to the people they're dining with. I think this is a case of a high-energy bar staff setting the tone.

Excellent food either spicy or not with flavors that maybe you never tasted before. You will lack the bowl 🥣 is that good! Good selection of wines and any other drink you need. enjoy 😉

How have I not discussed Paladar?!? We first came here for happy hour drinks while in our short house hunting trip. And not saying the drinks swayed our decision but we ended up buying not far from here. The happy hour drinks and food are a great deal PLUS they taste delicious. On another visit, all we did was try just about every happy hour food dish and never found one that disappointed. Our most recent trip was for Father’s Day brunch (no different that regular brunch) and we had had a selection of their favorites for lunch with portions so big we took another meal to go. Happy hour, brunch, whatever….the staff, the food, the value…all well worth it (and sometimes the wait too). I’ll look for the older photos of our visits to add to this review.

Fantastic. The food and drinks are so good. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something fun and different. Definitely not a quiet place but mainly because of the music; which fits the vibe perfectly.

Date Night ! This place is lively and most certainly a new favorite. We went on a Friday night and had reservations and it looked as if you definitely should have one ! They also had a really nice happy menu as well. We had a nice booth in the corner. The drinks and food were amazing!! The rum punch was my favorite and the calamari was hit as well Needless to say I’ll be for sure returning !

I had a church meeting here; I and my team had a great time. The waiter was very courteous and excellent. I had the Grilled steak with eggs, it was good; but would have preferred if eggs were more sauced/spiced (that’s just the Nigerian in me speaking😊) Overall; great experience!

We hosted a family gathering at Paladar Kitchen, and the event was top-notch! From the beginning, my communication with Chelsea was clear and helpful. She assisted in securing a private dining area and helped plan the menu. On the day of the event, the food was fantastic and the service was seamless. I would definitely recommend Paladar to anyone planning a group event.

I took my step-dad for his birthday. We had a great time. The food was amazing and amazing isn't a strong enough word to describe it. The chef came out and discussed allergy information and menu with us. We went on Thursday, so there was a, I think, rum, tasting. My pops really liked. The atmosphere was great. The service was superb. Everyone in our group had a great time.

It was our first time, we came for a dinner. We ordered calamari for the starter, Cuban glazed pork and seafood stew. The food was very good, in particular we liked the calamari that combined all of different flavors resulting in interesting and nice taste. Portions are ideal, as Europeans we often find American portions too huge - it was not the case in here. Also, they brought the starter first and entrees only when we were done with the starter - highly appreciated since often they bring you everything together! Our waiter, Andy was very nice and attentive and not fully clean fork (happens!) was exchanged with apologies from a gentleman who I suppose was the manager. Overall very good experience and we will definitely be back!

Absolutely delicious. The fish tacos were seasoned well and completely to my likings. I didn't get to taste the beef tacos but he said they was fire too and I'm sure they were. The guacamole was delicious we loved all the different add-on options and the waiter and other staff were delightful

Went for a double date dinner, and was pleasantly surprised by the live music. Delicious food, fantastic rum selection. If you are a dark rum lover, try Diplomático (Venezuelan), it’s SO good - very smooth. Parking was plentiful, we really enjoyed the guacamole and the selection of tacos. The calamari with the mango and pineapple salsa was especially good; would definitely go again.

The Roast Pork Pozole Verde at Paladar Latin Kitchen is a delicious and satisfying Mexican stew. Tender roast pork, hominy, and a flavorful green broth come together to create a comforting and flavorful dish. Topped with fresh cilantro, pickled red onions, and radish, it offers a delightful mix of textures. Served with Cuban bread, it's a complete and fulfilling meal that showcases the authentic flavors of Mexico. A must-try for lovers of Mexican cuisine at Paladar Latin Kitchen.

My first time here, visited on a Sunday afternoon. It wasn’t busy at all, sat at the bar for happy hour. The ambience & decor is very nice, the bar set up is my favorite. Rosie was my bartender she was extremely nice, I started with a spicy margarita which was really good and not too sweet and next went into the aged rum flight which Rosie recommended. It was a three tasting of different aged rums 5yr/10yr/15yr and it was really good and on happy hour. I started with the deviled eggs with no bacon, good but sweet for my personal taste they were resting on cilantro and a cabbage slaw. My next pick was the shrimp lettuce wraps that was breaded very heavily and very crunchy, hard and extremely spicy. I’m someone who likes spicy but this was a little overpowering so I asked for an aïoli to help kill some of the spice with the dairy and that worked really well. I would definitely revisit for rum/drinks/happy hour but I’m not sure how I would feel about the food. I wouldn’t order the food I’ve ordered today, I may try something different. I was really looking forward to them having a seafood ceviche but they only had a tuna/avocado ceviche that was a little bit of a letdown.
