Friendly staff. Quick service. The place was very busy, but they got us our food in very reasonable time.
Made an order on mobile app. Parking was very easy in the shopping center, even during the lunch hours on a weekday. Arrived five minutes after the promised time. I don't come to this location very often at all, but Brian made this visit really great. He was very welcoming, super-friendly and informed me about the drink membership promotion. Our short interaction put a smile on my face and brighten my day. I appreciated it!
Convenient location in Gaithersburg Square. It is clean, staff are quick. There is outside seating area with few tables and couple umbrellas. They tend to run out of things towards the end of day. One time had no bread bowls, the other time ran out of baguettes. So if you go for later dinner beware
I feel like it should be rated on the Panera scale. In terms of Panera's, it's a four. The food is fine but nothing special, the service is fine but nothing special. It looks kind of like an older Panera concept where it's a little dark inside and there's carpeted floor. Everything I get from here I

Quality food at reasonable prices. Nice menu options for breakfast and lunch. Always lots of seating The fresh baked bread and bagels are wonderful. Coffee is great.
Hot food, very fast service, well staffed, knowledgeable employees and my guy Jose is cleaning the dining room with urgency and excellence. He is very hospitable too. I’ll be back!
Emilie was great to us, loved her cashier work, efficient and patient. I dropped my drink and she said I could get a new one and commented my shirt. Lovely worker
