We were initially drawn to this place because of its cozy atmosphere and the beautiful view by the water.
We were able to get a seat relatively quickly, and the view was amazing. The server was friendly and very attentive from the moment we sat down. The drinks and appetizer were brought out quickly, giving us just enough time to order our entrees. We ordered the Cajun jambalaya and the Hawaiian chicken.
The jambalaya was very good. You had a choice to pair it with pasta or rice. I opted for the Jasmine rice. The rice was a bit over cooked for my taste, but the jambalaya was seasoned well and had a good kick to it. I would definitely try it again, but maybe pair it with the pasta next time. The Hawaiian chicken was perfectly cooked. Sometimes, chicken breast can be extremely dry, but it was very juicy. However, the terriakyi sauce was a little forgettable and didn't really bring out the dish to me. It was missing that wow factor but still a very good dish.
Overall, our first experience at Yard House was definitely a good one, and we will visit again to try some new dishes.

The atmosphere is the big seller for this establishment. 🎉 It lacks some color on the inside, but with it's open air industrial-style and high panoramic windows, you have beautiful unobstructed views of The lake's bridge and walking park. I'd say this is a great place for group gatherings. 👍🏾
The caesar salad I ordered was just "OK". No real "zest" in the salad's taste. It needed some seasoning... I'd suggest adding anchovies, olive oil, lemon juice and/or wedges, and sea salt. Or, at least have them as options. Also I noted, no ground black pepper was offered with the salad. 🤷🏾♂️
The calamari was barely "OK" too. It was on the edge of "rubbery", but most of the appetizer was reasonably cooked. It also lacked seasoning. I'd suggest a better batter with a thinner sliced calamari with more attention to cook time. People love a well seasoned calamari with a hot, light, crispy, and golden browned crust with a delicately cooked squid and/or octopus inside. 🐙🦑
My date only wanted a dessert, which looked amazing! I don't remember the name; however, she said it was deliciously divine! 😋
Nice place. Great drinks and excellent Tuna sashimi. I would recommend this place for food and atmosphere as well as nice friendly services.
Food here is always fantastic. I feel the service is lacking. Most of the ordering you are made to do through the device on the table, which just feels super impersonal to me. Beyond having to put my own order in, many times, the server rarely returns to the table, and drinks often go without being refilled.
If you are looking for a great atmosphere and a massive beer selection with loads of TV monitors you have found the right place. Modern design with plenty if windows and an outside deck overlooking the lake. Ivwill come back.
Decided to stop in and give Yard House a chance and I’m so glad that I did! It’s a beautiful place, TV’s galore, super spacious, freaking huge bar area. The service was above and beyond top notch, before I could sit in my seat at the bar, a bartender stopped, welcomed me with a smile, and handed me a menu! She came back regularly to check on me (and did so with a smile), I never felt lost in the mix. My food came out relatively quickly and was good! It was truly an all around great experience!
The restaurant is awesome. It is always busy and has a good selection of food. We come here often and always have a good time with delicious food and services. This restaurant is also located at Rio Lakefront, where people can walk and have a lot of stores to shop around.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere is nice. I’m not a big fan of the music level it felt like we were at a club! Overall I’d highly recommend going during lunch it’s less chaotic!

I love the yard house chain so I came with my wife for dinner. The servers were all super helpful and informative and kept a positive attitude the entire time. The place wasn’t that packed so we got seated immediately, but the kitchen staff were a little careless with my food. I asked for my burger medium-rare and it came well done which wasn’t too bad, but when they re-did my order the fries came with this very slimy smashed up ~1/4 of a potato which ruined my appetite when I grabbed it and realized. When I showed the server he said it “just wasn’t cooked right” which was an understatement, but in his defense it’s impossible to think of a quick save for a disgusting thing like that from the kitchen. But my wife ordered the pork chop which came out PERFECT. Since the food & drinks added up to around $130 before tip I would expect the quality I usually get at other Yard House locations so 4 stars feels fair.
The Blue Orchid cocktail was really good and looked cool with the blue/purple color!

Very wonderful experience there.
The waitress was very sweet, attentive, flexible and proactive.
The portion of food was large. I ordered a sandwich (cutting into 4 pieces) with truffled fries, and a 3-taco entree for three people, including me. We had about more than half leftover.
And the price is fairly good compared to the quality and portion.
I definitely highly recommend this restaurant.

It was a nice place, nothing over the top. The food was good but again nothing fancy. The service was nice but I went during dinner time so she was busy a lot. The drinks were not strong but tasty. The calamari was good. The vampire tacos were not super great. Lots a TVs for watching sports. Loved the pay at the table tablet feature! Easy to split the bill.
Great experience me and my wife went for happy hour definitely a great time great food and drinks definitely going back!

Our server Blair was incredible. She was exceptionally attentive and well versed on cocktails.
My husband and I both were pleased with the service and food. This was our second visit. The atmosphere and scenery makes it a great place to enjoy the date out.
I can't wait to have my 2 daughters try this place with us. They are both in the Navy. So when finally take some leave. This will be are go to place.
This place has a lovely atmosphere, attentive staff, great food and killer happy hour food prices! Drinks are only $2 off during happy hour. The sliders and french fries were delicious. The nachos were packed! The nachos were huge and had so many toppings, I couldn't believe it. Stay away from the mac & cheese, it is beyond bad, bland and just has shredded cheddar on top with no sauce on the pasta, it was such a let down that it was inedible. The free birthday cake was awesome, not many places do this anymore. I can't thank my waitress more. To top this off, let me talk about the handicap accessible booths, each booth is handicap accessible which is great!
I’m not a pizza person, but this place has really good pizza! I cannot stop myself for eating! Korean style fried chicken also perfect! Mon to Fri they offer happy hour! 3 pm to 6 pm.
