I think this is one of the better burger places in the area, especially if you're looking for a little more variety than 5 guys. They also have great shoe string style fries. Quality can vary a little bit, and the price is also not particularly low for what is effectively fast food.
I have been to this location in Downtown Crown multiple times and the food and service has always been consistent. The menu has a lot of variety and the burgers are tasty. Best burgers! They are on the small size, but are a perfect proportion if you want some of their fries too. Buns are really good, I love that the burgers are on the medium side of doneness, and I will be going back.
This was our first time at any Smashburger location, and we really enjoyed it. The food was well cooked and the staff were friendly. There was no soap in the men's restroom, which was sort of annoying, but otherwise it was very good.
