I have been coming to Yiku Sushi with my dad every week for close to 7 years now. The sushi is always 10/10 with fresh fish and ingredients. There is very rarely a wait. The staff is friendly and attentive. Very reasonably priced. Clean restaurant.

Friendly & professional service with reliably good sashimi and generously stuffed rolls. The dining room is open again! It’s spacious for a spot in a shopping strip with nice ambient lighting, TVs and soft music. It’s suitable for families or a casual date night.
We just moved into the neighborhood and are slowly trying out the restaurants near our house. Saw this little spot and looked it up. With only three previous reviews, we weren’t sure what to think of it. But decided, what the heck let’s give it a try. Let me tell you, hands down one of the best sushi joints anywhere in the 15 mile radius. First off, very easy online menu and ordering process. When we went to pick up our order we were met with the most friendly and attentive staff. Our food was ready on time and we brought it home to eat it. And as soon as we opened the bag, we were so impressed. Huge rolls, with honestly some of the freshest ingredients. I mean look at the size of that avocado chunks, look at the fish chucks. The rice was fresh and made well. The presentation was beautiful too… of course I couldn’t help myself to a few before taking those pics. This place has officially become our favorite sushi joint! Absolutely must have and see for yourself.

I've been eating there for years now. Unfortunately, since Covid happened, they stopped the restaurant part of it. You can only order to go.
But the food is exceptional and they are very friendly.

Since the pandemic this place only accepts take out orders. The prices are fair. The sushi is good. The soups however for me are not great. The broth looks instantaneous...
This place was fine certainly quick and adequate for takeout. If you're in a hurry and want someting tasty and nicely packaged, this would be a good option. Might not be a first choice for dining in at the moment (May-June 2023 was when I visited),but this will likely change.
Currently take out only. Even though take out only, service is friendly and wonderful. Food is great with a diverse selection of sushi, sashimi, soups, and more. Hidden spot for a quick take out bite with good food, located in a very accessible location.
Carryout only but best sushi we have come across in the Gaithersburg area! Highly recommend!
Love us some Yiku. They no longer have inside seating since covid. Super fast online ordering and the food is made fresh and their super friendly. Great lunch specials too and the rolls are decent sized compared to some other places lunch specials.
The food is fine, lacking a dine in option is off putting. Sushi is an expensive meal to have to eat out of a paper bag. They have a lobby, but it is stacked tables and chairs. Once again, just not a good atmosphere.

Rolls were delicious and generously sized. Got vegetable yakisoba as a safe backup in case the sushi was sus - even that was great! I've had some difficulty finding a sushi joint in the area that makes "specialty" rolls feels special. This place gets it.
I think I found my preferred sushi place. Delicious,clean fast, polite, affordable, it is very hard to find really good sushi! I had pickled radish oshinko, squid and yellowtail . The rice was very good, as was the wasabi and ginger. The rolling was done very beautifully. I want to try their tempura also but that requires being able to eat it right away while crunchy and fresh.
Only ordered takeout...at least 20 times. They're great and have a great selection of sushi and food to go. Very tasty!
Good food. Not your typical Chinese food around. Friend rice is good. Noodles are good too, flavored and not salty. Sushi one of the best sushi I had around Gaithersburg. Employee are polite.
Freshest sushi in town for delivery/takeout.
Haven't seen many businesses still doing full covid protocols and I respect that immensely. Got some teriyaki and it was delicious. Even the rice felt made with a lot of care.

One of the best sushi spots in MoCo. They’ve been carry out only since Covid. Their basic rolls and specialty rolls are both amazing. Better basic rolls than yoyogi and better specialty rolls than yuraku. This restaurant is way underrated!
Best yellowtail rolls on md495. Tuna rolls are always great and good size meat. Staff remembers repeat customers and is very friendly. Love Yiku Sushi!
