I actually like Roy Rogers fast food. It's one of the few fast food places that I will visit. I think there roast beef sandwiches are excellent and are unlike most fast food.
In this case the service was not good. One person in my party had to wait more than fifteen minutes for a grilled chicken sandwich. This takes the fast out of fast food.

We arrived at about 9ish last night. As soon as we walked in, I see Yaneth, an associate there, replenishing the condiments bar, which looked amazing! Then Yaneth proceeds to tell us about the menu... as we were asking each other. She was so helpful in everything she was doing.
I like to post about associates who make my visit better and that Yaneth did. Thank you, Yaneth for a job well done!...over and beyond what she had to do. Well done!

This Roy Rogers location is never very busy, although well located and easy to find. The service is quick.
The MAIN POINTS
👉 The FOOD is hot and fresh every time.
👉 The PRICES are refreshingly lower than most fast food places.
👉 The MENU is not typical fast food. Sure, they serve burgers, chicken, etc., but it is more like restaurant food than "McD's" processed mushy food. 1 of my favorites is a large, fresh, hot, country biscuit for around $2. I get one anytime I eat here. Roy Rogers is a more sensible and healthy choice than the "other" fast food joints, and never ridiculously crowded like those places usually are.
Drive thru employee Janet was fantastic with her attitude and smile. Food was hot and quick.
The only place to buy fried chicken for me and mine special thanks to the manager and the staff, they all deserve a raise.
Great breakfast. The crescent was buttery but just the right amount. Ham, egg, and cheese crescent was better than the bacon one. The fries are light and not greasey like a McDonald's hashbrown. The coffee is decent. I was offered a spicy sauce, which I believe is called Texas Pete something, and it tasted good on the crescent. The associate working was nice and friendly. I'd recommend this for a quick breakfast option.
Staff is always friendly, and I think they have one of the convenient breakfast options. Check it out!
On 11/01/22, my wife and I visited this location on Tuesday. A young lady by the name of Yaneth Reyes was taking our order. As she completed our order she gave our receipt and we stepped aside to wait for our meal. Another individual was attended and Ms. Reyes to reassure her if he wanted to go or dine in. In a very disrespectful manner responded, "you asked to-go or dine and I said to-go. Ms. Reyes was professional in keeping her composure and continued with her job. Another co worker kept her composure as well. Well done ladies, you have exceeded all expectations. Great locations for great service.
We've been eating here for years and haven't had any issues, just great service and delicious food. Their Spicy Texas Pete Chicken Sandwich is very delicious and super underrated compared to other places. Try it out!
Every so often I LOVE going to Roy Rogers. Love their french fries. But also love their roast beef burgers, and regular hamburger. You can never go wrong with this location. I've NEVER had a bad experience with this Roy Rogers. The staff is always pleasant, and gets my orders right. Going to this Roy Rogers always puts me in a good mood. A good mood with yummy food. A++
