Placed a mobile order and was waiting inside at the restaurant for 10 mins! Other folks placed order after me via kiosk and got their orders before me. Food was good but service can be faster

Made mobile order for pickup in advance. Arrived about ten minutes later, the order was still in packing. The black coffee was warm as usual. Two breakfast biscuits were within standard. The hash browns were crispy as expected. This Burger King shares the building with two other shops - the Ripieno's Italian Bistro and the Jo Jo's.

It's sometimes frustrating that they don't understand sometimes, but I specifically said "1 small hash brown" & they said "1 large hash brown" like lady no that's not what I said and then on top of that they didn't even give me my hash browns and I still paid for them and yet they don't answer the dang phone.

Hey everybody, the burger king at gaithersburg just got a major makeover. Not only is it bigger, there are also two other restaurants added to this place, Ripieno's Italian bistro and Jojo's. And at these restaurants, you can order submarine sandwiches, pizza, grilled 🐔, filet mignon and have a salad 🥗 at jojo's salad bar. They even replaced the old seating area with dining room seats. So if you want to have lunch or dinner at burger king, you gotta go to this one in gaithersburg. This place is awesome!!

The whopper does not disappoint, EVER. Everything else I've tried is pretty meh.
Service is a bit slow though, even ordering via the mobile app 10min+ in advance.

The hamburgers are standard for what you get at a fast casual establishment. The French fries could have been cooked about one minute longer to avoid some parts of them being still firm versus having a crisp exterior and fluffy potato interior.

Since this Burger King has opened I've tired out JoJo's and Ripineo's both restaurants in the Burger King are great. JoJo's has a great deal for a crab cake sandwich 10.99 +tax comes with fries. Ripineo's has awesome sandwiches plus these crazy large slices of pizza $8 + tax for a cheese and $9 + tax for the pepperoni. The one in the picture came out to be $42 and some change. It fed 8 adults.

Fast food. The girl at the drive-thru was nice and the order was correct. Used drive-thru. Very narrow for a truck!

This Burger King has been renovated into multiple sections. It has been there for a long time so it's enjoyable to get a chance to take my child to one of the places I went to when I was younger. Every time I go here I like that I can explore and sit in different areas of the restaurant. It is well kept, very clean and the staff are kind and helpful. One of the few places around town that still have a Play Place. Tge play place is quite massive and has enough room for a crowd of children to enjoy themselves.

It’s always a good experience when I come here and I love BK fries!

These people are so rude! Charged me extra for small ice coffee on my meal then gave me the wrong flavor! When I asked about it the driver thru attendant purposefully ignored me and walked away pretending to take another order when no one was behind me. Then I honk the horn trying to get someone's attention and still no one came back to the window. I SAW them standing there pretending to be busy. This is exactly why I don't go to Burger King. I can go to McDonald's and get something off the dollar menu and recieve BETTER service than I did this morning spending like $8 on my breakfast!!!! Terrible service!

Had to order my food twice because the girl "didn't get any of that" the first time. So I repeated it. She repeated that order back to me then STILL entered it wrong. I don't like the croissanwich. I like the biscuit. I ordered the biscuit, you confirmed biscuit, and you still entered it wrong, meaning I still got the wrong item. The person I was with ordered a croissanwich and got a croissanwich. So, here's a tip for the girl taking the orders: if people order two different things, it probably means you have to punch two different buttons on the cash register.

Worst Place ever. I went there today to pick up my lunch before work. I asked for no tomato and no ketchup. Still got tomatoes and nothing else. I tried calling and no one picks up the phone. I will be returning this crap for a full refund.

Coolest, cleanest Burger King ever. Moist burgers and great atmosphere.

This place is a joke. I ordered three Junior Whoppers - all three plain with cheese and ketchup only. There was no listing of price on the screen so I took a look at my receipt that I was handed only AFTER paying and noticed that I was being charged $0.20 more for the third Junior Whopper than the others (the first two were $2.29 the third was $2.49). When I brought this up to the woman at the drive through and showed her my receipt she laughed in my face and told me that she would give me the $0.10 more if it meant that much to me. First off, do your basic math drive through worker. Second off, the only reason why the third was more was so that BK didn't have to pay the credit port fee for my order being less than their threshold of $10 (the extra charge put is $0.03 over the threshold). Disgusting tactics BK. Not everyone looks at their receipts like I do or knows the reasons behind your disgusting business tactics. You're doing this to more people than just me - not everyone has the time to look at their receipts particularly when going through the drive through. Most people are in a hurry and it is appalling that you would do this assuming most people wouldn't think to examine their receipt that closely.
Also, it would behoove of you invest more in your employees so that they are smart enough to do basic math. In addition to elementary math, it might do you some good to teach your workers some respect particularly when dealing with a simple question from a customer. Rather than laughing in my face and getting an immediate attitude perhaps train them to pose the question, "what can I do to satisfy the customer?" Or would basic customer service attitude be too much to ask from employees in the service industry?
