Always love chipotle . This location is busy .. it’s good to order online and then pick up , instead of going there and ordering ! There is a wait time if ordered there. As always the food was great . Always love their rice bowls and guac/chips. Parking is a big problem here . Make sure you park in side streets if possible . It’s an awesome spot though. Good experience overall..
Chipotle is always been my fav for their Mexican mix and instant pickup option. And this one at Rio helps you to easy pickup your food and sit next to the lake and enjoy your meal with your family and friends. Love their service. Giving 4 star coz the chips was not fresh and crispy and sometimes it is too salty.
This location is the best Chipotle in the area! The food is tasty and not bland. The service is great every time without fail. Thank you Chipotle at the Rio!!!
Spiciest salsa ever. But the food was delicious! Super walkable and not very busy location. My friend and I threw back some shots before we went in and hung out for almost two hours, drunkenly enjoying our Chipotle!
Mobile order wasn’t ready when i got there because one of the ingredients was being made at the time. They were open just moments before and I decided to eat without that ingredient. Linda (maybe the manager) make sure that when was ready she would bring me some at the table! That was a amazing feeling of someone is working with love and happiness! Made my day and everything at that bowl filled me with kindness and sympathy for the rest of the week! Thank you Linda and the rest of the Crew as well!
This location is one of the best chipotle locations in Maryland tbh.
Good food, never had an issue. But wish sometimes it was a little quicker since during rush hours I see people moving super slow in the back (I understand its tiring for that many people). And the multiple times Ive done online order, I get the text its ready, I go in, and when I ask for order, thats when they start working in it. Not sure the point of ordering ahead in this case since it takes the same amount of time but I just paid more for pickup.

Been to this location numerous times. Never been disappointed. Employees constantly change though and now is an even more difficult time I gather. I placed an online order hoping to be quick and easy pick up. Unfortunately, it was dinner time and bound to be busy. 20 min past the order pick up time and they weren’t even close to getting my order ready between serving in-store customers. But one employee recognized my urgency - I had an infant and she was able to help me get my order in a bit faster. It made the world of difference because who wants to hear a crying infant while waiting and waiting. So THANK YOU to this special employee - wish I got her name. She did what she could the best she could. Kudos to all the staff for working hard in these demanding times. Now go and sign up for Chipotle rewards :)
The standard Chipotle food if you hooked on to it, in a nice new food center. When picking up just check your bag to confirm that everything ordered is in there. We were missing a couple items from kids meal a couple of times.
This is a typical Chipotle. The staff is super nice. Since we are strict vegetarians we asked the server to change her gloves. She not only changed them but also thoroughly washed her hands. That too with a smile! We ordered the sofritas wrap and heaped it with our choice of fillings to the extent that the wrap could not wrap. They gave us a larger wrap, nicely packed it and served us with a smile. Highly recommended.
This is by far my favorite location. It is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS clean. Food is always freshly prepared, the employees, no matter the time of day are always a delight. This location must be a hub for training because by far, the service is exceptional. Let me just say, this might be the best location in the DMV that I’ve ever experienced. Chipotle @ the Navy Yard location - TAKE NOTE!
